Update: July 11, 2026 We gave this place another try on a Saturday evening for their summerlicious menu. Food was great but the service was horrendous. Our reservation was at 7:15 and we didn’t get our mains until 8:30pm. The food is good but don’t think we will come back here as this is the second time that we had poor service. Always wanted to try out Cibo and finally did during winterlicious! Food is great and the restaurant is open late; good for the price value, would definitely come back! Service was a bit slow for a week night but the food made up for it.

Went here for a date night. Ordered the Bruschetta, Arancini, Lamb paparadelli , and Tagatelli Bolognese The atmosphere was okay. Music was good and lighting was nice and dim. Food was okay - a bit mediocre for the price point. Pasta sauce was too salty. Service was not the greatest... we were ignored several times to order, and were constantly having to poke our waitress to order something. Probably won't return because of the poor service.

Their meat ball spaghetti is bomb and a must try!! The ambience is litt on Fridays! You can have good meal and conversation with your friends ! We ordered, CALAMARY, meatball spaghetti and bread! Worth the price and must visit. Recommend to get reservation on Friday and Saturday! Walk-ins are possible if you go before 8!

The place is lovely and seating is well spaced. It’s a good place for formal dining, dates, or groups. The staff is nice and friendly, they were very cheerful. Unfortunately the gnocchi didn’t meet our expectations as the portion was small and tasted slightly bland despite the parmesan and pepper, but the salmon was great! They have good happy hour offers as well!

Decent spot, but go for the pizza! After much contemplation, I finally visited Cibo Wine Bar (downtown location). We started with the polenta sticks — super crispy and perfectly seasoned, definitely a great start. Since it was Tuesday (and all pizzas are 50% off!), we tried the Chicken Pesto pizza, which was honestly delicious — crispy crust, fresh toppings, and great flavour. For mains, we ordered the Gorgonzola Gnocchi, but that was a letdown. The gnocchi was chewy and too heavy, though the sauce itself tasted decent. To end the meal, we had the OG tiramisu — just okay, nothing special. I also had a glass of wine (can’t remember which one), but that was surprisingly really good. Overall, I’d say it’s worth visiting on a Tuesday for their half-priced pizzas. Everything else was average and can definitely be found elsewhere for a better price.
