Had a lovely meal at RPM. Service, ambiance and the pairings, both wine and NA were incredible. Highly recommend to everyone to take advantage of the NA world of pairings; it really lets the chefs stretch their creativity- RPM has so far, been one of the best I've had. Food was overall very good to excellent. The use of ingredients, namely the seasonal bits from the garden shined through every dish. I'm a sucker for a crudités plate highlighting the amazing harvests of the season, and RPM's was one of the best I've ever had. The three desserts to close the meal was, yet another highlight for the evening. Looking forward to visiting during another season.
We had an incredible meal and enjoyed the beverage pairing. Very impressed by the consistent use of homegrown produce from Ontario and some ingredients that were plucked straight from the farm beside the restaurant hours prior to service. The visual and technical creativity of some of the courses were also impressive. Impeccable service from a cohesive team of wait staff. Just wish we had a chance to do the farm tour. Too bad it was too early in the season for the tour. Will have to come back later in the summer!
Restaurant Pearl Morissette is a rare dining experience where the sense of place is felt before it is explained. The meal carries a quiet confidence. Rather than relying on spectacle, each course reflects restraint, seasonality, and a deep respect for the surrounding land. The ingredients feel closely tied to Niagara’s agricultural landscape, yet the cooking remains precise and composed, shaped by thoughtful technique rather than unnecessary decoration. What impressed me most was the rhythm of the tasting menu. The progression felt natural and carefully measured, moving through freshness, acidity, warmth, richness, and texture with impressive control. Nothing felt excessive, yet every course had intention. The service followed the same philosophy: calm, polished, and deeply knowledgeable without ever feeling overly formal. It allowed the meal to unfold at its own pace. Pearl Morissette is not a restaurant that tries to impress loudly. Its strength lies in subtlety, discipline, and a clear culinary identity. It is the kind of meal that stays with you quietly long after it ends.
Pearl Morissette was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. This was our second visit and the team remembered us from last time, which was such a nice touch. The food is thoughtful, refined, and incredibly well executed. Both the wine and garden pairings really elevated the experience and made every course feel even more connected to the local ingredients. Service was amazing throughout, and they even brought out a candle for my wife’s birthday. Absolutely worth the title of #1 restaurant in Canada. Can't wait to visit again!
We did the chef’s table last night and it was exceptional. The service and food quality were fantastic. Our host Scott was amazing, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Don’t sleep on the juices, they are very good. It didn’t feel stuffy or over-the-top, like some other Michelin Star restaurants we’ve visited. It was a truly enjoyable visit. The only note we had was that the courses came out pretty quick and with some we couldn’t drink our wine quick enough before the next. Overall this was such a fun experience, I don’t remember the last time I had such a fun dinner with friends. Well worth it!
