What an experience! We are vegan and weren’t sure if a steak house could accommodate us! Wow! The arugula salad was perfection and buttered cauliflower for my hubby was to his delight. I had the scrumptious mushroom ravioli! Sara was attentive and very kind!! Thank you Sara!
Best food, service, & view in Niagara Falls! My husband and I enjoyed sharing everything so we could try a number of delicious offerings. We started with the beef carpaccio. It was tender and it had a nice presentation. We shared a 7 Oz. Filet and added lobster & scallops. It was cooked perfectly. They provided roasted garlic and we got truffle butter & peppercorn toppings. Our side was the Brussels sprouts which were the best I have had! Our waiter, Marko, was patient and made great suggestions knowing we were sharing and wanting to try local flavors... like the ice wine martini & maple syrup in the sprouts! Finally, we were celebrating our birthday and we got a free Baked Alaskan dessert to share with a candle to make a wish! The Final touch to a great dinner. And, the view of Niagara Falls was fantastic!
We had a wonderful dining experience at Prime Steakhouse. The food was excellent, the ambiance was elegant, and we were seated with a beautiful view of Niagara Falls. The highlight of our evening was the outstanding service from Sara. She was warm, attentive, and checked on us at just the right times without being intrusive. She also had a great sense of humor—when my husband pulled out the hotel tourist map, she joked that he looked like a tourist, which gave us all a good laugh. Another gentleman also stopped by to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, the service was exceptional and made our evening even more memorable. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful stay here during our trip to Niagara Falls! The location is excellent — extremely convenient for visiting the falls, walking around the tourist area, shopping, and exploring the town. The view from our room was absolutely amazing, and the breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. The food was delicious, the coffee was excellent, and I personally highly recommend trying the apple juice — it was surprisingly good! We also want to especially thank Zlatko and Aziz from the breakfast service team. They were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, and made our mornings feel extra warm and comfortable. Thank you for such a memorable experience. We would definitely love to come back again someday!
We had breakfast at the Brock Hotel breakfast buffet this morning with our kids, and I wanted to recognize Zlatko, who gave us truly exceptional service. From the moment we sat down, Zlatko was warm, attentive, and incredibly courteous. He made sure our coffee cups never ran empty, checked in regularly about drinks, and kept our table cleared so we could relax and enjoy the meal with our family. Even though the restaurant was busy, he managed to make time for every table and treated everyone with genuine kindness and professionalism. What stood out most was how thoughtful and helpful he was with our kids. He noticed the little things, anticipated what we needed, and created a welcoming atmosphere that made the breakfast feel special rather than just routine. It’s rare to see this level of high-quality, attentive service at a buffet setting. Zlatko clearly cares about the guest experience and represents the Brock Hotel extremely well. In my opinion, he is the kind of employee who deserves recognition and promotion. Staff like Zlatko are the reason guests want to come back. Thank you for a wonderful start to our day.
