I absolutely love this place. I’m a student and I’m always looking for a place where I can get food at a reasonable price. The staff are super friendly and I was able to request some customization (in this case, no tomatoes and a different sauce) to my bowl without additional charge. Also, it’s a chill place and it’s not always busy so I can sit and do some work
Incredible! This is the new go-to spot for affordable, healthy, and tasty food downtown near UofT! I wish this was around during my student days. The owners are incredibly kind and genuine, something that’s super rare these days. You won’t be disappointed! Very generous portions too!
The food was delicious, healthy, and full of variety! We got the Miso Caesar and Fiesta bowls. Everything was super fresh and the in-house dressings were amazing. The team was incredibly friendly and hardworking. You can tell they’ve put so much effort into curating the best food all around! I brought my baby there too and they were so sweet and accommodating. Plus, the price and portion sizes are unmatched! Would go back any day!
If you’re looking for healthy and fresh options, this is the spot to check out. They have 8 different salad bowl varieties that you can pick from based on your taste and what you’re in the mood for. I personally tried the spicy tuna, peri peri, meditahini and kbowl. My favorites were the peri peri and meditahini! They were all delicious, packed with flavor and fresh ingredients such as kale, edamame. The sauces are made in house. The owners are sweet and the price is even sweeter at only $9.95 for a salad bowl. Will definitely come back and try out the other bowls!
It’s actually so hard to find a fancy salad at the prices they have. I used to love going to freshii and all those places and I’d end up leaving spending close to $20 for a mediocre salad so I just stopped going to salad places, and then I tried this place and get a fresh salad with fresh ingredients that blows my mind with flavour for 9.95?? This place has renewed my love for salad and I’m so glad I found a new lunch spot. Their whole menu just looks so good and unique and I’m actually excited to try all the salads they have. Never thought I’d be this excited about salad. So glad I stopped by and found a place that satisfies my desire to eat deliciously flavoured healthy food without irritating that section of my brain that makes me a super cheap person. 10/10
