YUM. My second visit here (first time eating the food) and we had such a lovely time. The food was delicious and quickly served. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Wine pairings and the tasting flight were super interesting to learn about (and im not that much of a wine person)

A local favourite for brunch. Incredibly warm, genial serving staff and consistently delicious, beautiful meals. The decadent eggs Benny on potato pavé with whipped Hollandaise is a go-to, especially for the tasty and refreshing salad alongside. Ricotta pancakes with sky-high whipped cream are spectacular. Grapefruit mimosa goes down way too easily. We enjoy every visit and recommend to everyone.

We had an absolutely lovely experience here last night. We sat at the bar and had 3 courses of food, all beautifully presented and unique flavours. We were served by Ana who was informative, professional and enthusiastic about what she does. The monthly changing wine flights allow for trying 4 varieties that you may never had thought to have, and if you like something that much well you can buy a bottle to go! Brilliant 🍷 We will be back, my friend and I claimed it’s “our new locale”. I highly recommend it!!

Ladybug is a charming wine bar on King East that can be easily missed but one must definitely make an effort to get to it. The place is warm and inviting and beautifully done up. The staff is friendly and kind. The brunch menu is small but lovely. One of the dishes we ordered was the salmon brioche and I have to say, I was impressed by the portion of the salmon. The eggs benny was interesting but I think swapping the English muffin for potatoes is a bit of an acquired taste or personal preference. I didn’t care for the potatoes and would have much rather preferred English muffin or some other sort of bread. But as mentioned, Personal preference. We went in a Sunday where they sell wine bottles on the menu at their retail price in the shop. So it was delightful and we indulged without guilt. This place will definitely see more of us

I haven’t enjoyed a place this much in a long time. The atmosphere, the music, the energy everything was amazing. I absolutely loved it. It has both a stylish and a welcoming vibe. The quality of all the items we tried was truly top-notch. The attention to detail is immediately noticeable. From the glassware to the presentation, everything is very carefully done. It could easily be one of the best wine bars in the area. Definitely a place you’d come back to again and again.
