The service was excellent! The bartenders was amazing! The food was good but lacked seasoning. Beautiful views, ambience was nice and excellent customer service but the food lacked seasoning. Add salt and pepper
We had an amazing dining experience at Sky Steakhouse tonight! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Our server, Sawyer, was absolutely fantastic — attentive, friendly, and made the entire evening feel special. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender, flavorful, and easily one of the best we’ve had. The seafood risotto was truly to die for — rich, creamy, and packed with incredible flavor. Also kid friendly, offering a kids menu. My daughter loved the kids mac & cheese. The atmosphere, service, and food all came together for a perfect night out. Highly recommend Sky Steakhouse for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Niagara Falls!
I had high expectations for Sky Steakhouse in the Tower Hotel, but the food unfortunately missed the mark. The bread was completely stale, and the rice served with the fish did not taste fresh. I ordered my steak medium, but it arrived unevenly cooked—half well-done and half medium-well. On the positive side, the staff were very nice and attentive, which made the evening more pleasant. However, because of the quality of the meal, I’d have to give the food a 3/5 . Great service and views, but the kitchen needs more consistency.
Sawyer, our bartender was awesome. She made us feel right at home even though we only went for a drink and there was thick fog for the view. Talked to us the whole time we were there without ignoring other customers, and even wrote Happy 20th Anniversary on our plate in chocolate when we ordered dessert. Plan to go back tomorrow night for dinner. Definitely a great spot to have right in our hotel.
The service was amazing! Karen took great care of us and was very welcoming and patient. She made sure to accommodate to our needs and was very helpful when it came to our allergies. The 12oz New York steak was cooked to perfection and the seafood Alfredo was filled with flavour! Our only critique would be on the mashed potatoes. It was a bit on the drier side and pretty chunky but apart from that dinner was an amazing!
