I had one of the most memorable dining experiences in my life at Onze. I could only describe this as a full ASMR dinner; from the textures to the way the empty plates were picked up. This was an attention to detail that was mesmerizing, to the extent of opening my uber door for me. Alex and the team have a way of making you feel comfortable and relaxed during the experience. Pictures are welcome and the lighting is perfect and no matter the background it is very aesthetic. The food was to die for, starting with the amuse bouche it was mind boggling how more flavours came out the more I chewed. Lobster, wagyu, caviar, truffle, foie gras and uni were all part of this dinner so it’s hard to disappoint but the execution was so original I was left speechless multiple times. I am so curious to experience another menu as it is changing every 5 weeks I believe. Must try!!!!!!
All the chefs are world class. And zagros, makes some of the best desserts in town. Can't wait to go back to enjoy this amazing atmosphere. Note the one of a kind custom stove from france, simply phenomenal.
