⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an incredible dining experience at Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant! The ambiance was absolutely amazing, and the food was phenomenal—every dish was prepared to perfection. What truly made the evening unforgettable, however, was our waiter, Manu. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and treated us like royalty. He even remembered that it was my birthday from the reservation information, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. His attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine kindness made our celebration extra special. If you’re visiting Niagara Falls, Ontario, and are in the Sheraton Fallsview area, do yourself a favor and give Massimo’s a try. Between the spectacular atmosphere, outstanding cuisine, and exceptional service from Manu, you won’t regret it. Highly recommended! The food was excellent—everything we ordered was delicious, and I would highly recommend this restaurant. The burrata salad was good and met expectations, but the standout dishes were the mushroom arancini and garlic bread, which were absolutely amazing. For the main course, we ordered the tenderloin steak cooked medium-well. It was perfectly prepared, incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor. One of the highlights of the experience was the outstanding view, overlooking both falls. The scenery added a special touch to the meal and made the dining experience even more memorable. While the service was quite slow, the staff were very kind and attentive. As a thoughtful gesture for the extended wait time, they provided us with a complimentary tiramisu, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, despite the slow service, the exceptional food, breathtaking views, and excellent customer service made for a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended.
I have not been so impressed with a restaurant in a while! Massimo’s was definitely a treat. We ordered two appetizers; the Fritta Misto Di Mare and the Truffle and Mushroom Arancini. The seafood was fresh, lightly breaded and fried, and the flavour in the arancini was so satisfying. For mains we got the Pescatore and the Risotto Quattro Funghi e Tartufo. The Pescatore had the perfectly balanced rosé sauce and fresh seafood. & although we did find the risotto a tad oily, Maddi our server noticed and replaced the meal. Incredible service and such attentive staff. I would definitely recommend for special occasions. There is a $15 per person prepaid charge to secure a good window seat- worth it. Excellent view of the firework show!
Sandra was an excellent host. We had dinner window side for my daughters sweet 16th birthday. We did make reservations because we are from out of town. We tried the pescatore and the chicken Parmesan the meals were amazing. Very flavorful and the dishes were large enough you could share plates. Dining here is a must and ofc do window seating reservations early it’s worth the view.

Your recommendations on the food were perfect and our experience exceeded our expectations. Food was amazing and you couldn’t do enough for us. The added surprise with the birthday desserts was extra special. And to top it off the view was fantastic and thank you for the added falls lesson it was appreciated. If ever back this way we will be sure to visit again!!
