Went to Lai Wah Heen and really enjoyed it. Loved the dishes we ordered — everything was flavorful and nicely done. Service was smooth and friendly, nothing over the top but everything came out well paced and we were looked after throughout the meal. It’s a comfortable place to sit down and have a proper meal without feeling rushed. One really convenient thing is the free 2-hour parking, which made the whole visit much easier, especially in that area. Overall, I had a great experience here. Good food, relaxed service, and a nice atmosphere. I’ll definitely come back next time, and I’d like to try their Peking duck on the next visit.
I loved everything about the cuisine here. You can really see the care and detail in the food, the presentation, and the atmosphere. Everything made the experience feel special. Jeff was especially amazing. He is so kind, welcoming, and attentive. He made sure we had a wonderful time from beginning to end. If you want to feel truly welcomed and well taken care of, definitely come here and ask for Jeff!
Legitimately such a stellar high tea session here. It's a relatively new thing that they do but such a welcome addition. It's not very crowded and you have your own space to yourself. The prices can be brutal based on the portion, but the quality is there and is reasonable for high tea. The service is very attentive and knowledgeable. The food is legit good. The dimsum ends at 3:30ish, so time it to get there so you can get high tea but also the prawn dumplings (the fish) to get it all in one go. They're pricey but you've gotta try it once, right? Really delicate skin and quite tasty. I was also a fan of the Norwegian cod roll. Everything else is good to great.
Everything was perfect. The staff were very accommodating and the service was impeccable. All of the dishes were not only a work of art but it was also absolutely delicious. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday and they really went above and beyond to make it special including a special foie Gras appetizer and some complimentary desserts. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious asian dinner with a high-end flair.
Amazing experience at Lai Wah Heen! The food was authentic and delicious. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant atmosphere was elegant and comfortable — perfect for family dinners or special occasions. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again!
