Came here for summerlicious. The service was the star here. Both the host and our waiter were professional and welcoming. I was having a bad day so I think that affected my taste buds. But I would give it another try. The zucchini tartar was cool. I remember really liking the music being played. Just the right vibe at just the right volume. Overall I was satisfied with the experience
Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering the tasting menu. The appetizers used fresh ingredients, but nearly every dish was overwhelmed by overly salty sauces, making it hard to appreciate the quality of the ingredients. The main courses were even more disappointing. They were not only excessively salty but also far too greasy, leaving the meal feeling heavy and unbalanced rather than refined. Unfortunately, the dessert was completely forgettable. It lacked creativity and wasn’t a satisfying way to end the meal. Another issue that stood out was the presentation. Several of the plates appeared noticeably worn, with visible scratches and stains that made them look dirty. While they may have been clean, the condition of the tableware did not match the standard I would expect from a restaurant serving a tasting menu at this price point. The service was also underwhelming. Although the staff were polite, the overall experience lacked the attentiveness and professionalism expected for this type of dining experience. Overall, the meal with overly salty and greasy food, an uninspiring dessert, worn tableware, and mediocre service, I left disappointed and wouldn’t return.
Nice restaurant, great service, fabulous old English style atmosphere. We did the 10 course vegetarian tasting. The food was pretty good; a few points of personal criticism: some of the food was too salty for my liking (although my wife found it to be fine), and overall there was no story or theme to the courses. At the same time, there were quite a few dishes I really enjoyed, and was pleasantly surprised by the flavors.
A refined culinary experience with exceptional attention to detail. Each course was elegantly presented and showcased a thoughtful balance of flavor, texture, and creativity. The quality of ingredients and execution were evident throughout the meal, complemented by attentive service and a sophisticated atmosphere.
We had the 7 course dinner for two and they served us both different dishes. This was hands down the best dinner I’ve ever had 🤩 the dishes were so well executed and well presented. Every dish was a work of true culinary genius! The service was also amazing, overall excellent time here! Would definitely recommend for special occasions
