My first Peruvian food! Will definitely go back! The pescado lo macho is really good, the portions are big so definitely for sharing. The ceviche took some time but it was worth the wait. Will definitely explore more peruvian food in the future.

I’m a “foodie” so when I travel somewhere new I do research ahead to find unique dining, hidden gems, and local favorites. I was super excited to try Fork You. This is a true mom & pop place, owned and run by a husband & wife. I made a fatal flaw and didn’t make a reservation (I meant to 🤦‍♀️), but they graciously took us in anyway. They were EXTREMELY busy with a large party plus a fully packed house. We asked our server some questions about the drinks and ordered the sangria (she made it sound wonderful). About 10 minutes later, one owner (wife) came by and said the server described it completely wrong. I didn’t want to wait longer so I said to bring the sangria. It was “ok” - very orange juice heavy with what appeared to be canned fruit cocktail on top. Wouldn’t order that again. We were close 30 minutes in before our order was taken - we ordered an appetizer, Titadito ceviche, and Pure Con Asado. This is where the experience really fell apart. The ceviche was my “main” it arrived before the appetizer. The appetizer arrived about 5 minutes later and good thing because we were really hungry at this point (it had been an hour since we sat down). I tried to wait for my husband’s entree but he made me give up and eat the ceviche. We waited 20 minutes before grabbing a random server (we hadn’t seen our server since the drink order). Shortly after asking, the chef/owner (husband) came out and apologized. He was very nice and did offer my husband a cocktail (he doesn’t drink) so he ended up with some sort of fresh juice drink with the promise the entree would be worth the wait. It was only another 5 minutes or so and the entree surfaced. Was it worth the wait? Pretty close! The tender meat with whatever magical sauce they made was delicious. The mashed potatoes (pretty sure it was yucca) were outstanding too. The ceviche was phenomenal- so so bright and fresh! They import the corn from Peru that is used in the dish. The chef/owner did check in with us again, you can tell he really does care about the food and the patrons experience of it. I was also impressed with how he (and all the staff we saw) interacted, smiled, and were genuinely nice even though it was clearly a chaotic night for them. We didn’t have the perfect experience, but I believe they simply had an “off” night. Were we ever to go back to Niagara Falls, we would absolutely come back to Fork You without hesitation!

What a pleasant experience. We were treated as family, and the owner went out of his way to make us feel at home. The food was amazing, and the setting on the patio couldn’t have been more enjoyable with great ambiance. Overall a memorable lunch and I would highly recommend visiting. A truly caring staff and great food.

👥 Walk-in with 10 people: We showed up with a group of 10 _without a reservation_ and they seated us immediately 🙌. No waiting, no stress. 🍽️ Food + Authenticity: The menu selection was just right — not too much, not too little ✅. We have Peruvians in our family and they said it tasted legit authentic 🇵🇪. All of us loved our dishes. Flavors were delicious and portions were super generous 💛. 🎉 Birthday Treatment: We were celebrating a few birthdays and they brought each birthday person a rich, mini dessert 🍰 and sang Happy Birthday. That little touch made the night special. 👶 Kid-Friendly: Super accommodating for kids too. They had a high chair, baby changing station, and space for our stroller 🚼. Makes a big difference when you’re dining with little ones. 💰 Price: Came to about $30 per person. Totally fair for a special occasion meal with this quality + service. 😊 Service: Service was attentive, warm, and genuine the whole night. Felt like they actually cared we were there. 📝 Final Thought: We had such a great experience and will 100% be back next time we’re in the area. If you want authentic Peruvian without the fuss, go here.

First time to try Peruvian food, we had totally no ideas but the staff was so willing to recommend dishes to us, and we were surprised they had Chinese menu and some dishes were similar Chinese food. We ordered Chicken Chaufa, Arroz Con Mariscos (Seafood rice) and Chupe De Camarones. They were very large portion with affordable price and shareable for 3. Definitely good to come back for their welcoming service but may try to request less salt for meal next time.
