The food was amazing. I’ve known about this place for many years now. Back in the day the prices were great, now the prices are a bit high. I wish the tea was free considering total bill for one person equaled $40. Aside from that I obviously plan to return for the next China Town trip.

I used to come here when I was younger with my parents for family gatherings and banquets with an organization my grandfather was a member. It wasn’t so busy when we came that we had to wait, but there was a decent crowd when we arrived at 9:30am for dim sum. The food here is basically what I remember. It’s good. There’s really no change. It’s comfort food if you’re used to this growing up.

Third floor huge restaurant in the middle of Chinatown on Dundas. 5 pm. Dead quiet. Friendly quick service from very senior serving staff. Food was good, competent, just not brilliant. We ordered too much, lots to take home. Got on elevator - pressed 2. Nothing. We got off, walked up to second floor, my guest struggled with bad knees, only to be confronted with a sign and arrow pointing up to THIRD floor! I complained to host. He said let me test - elevator came up. He told us we must press 3 not 2!! We didn’t know, thought restaurant was on 2, and elevator won’t move for 2! They really need a sign inside elevator: press 3!! Stairs and ground floor very grubby, shabby appearance a turnoff, however restaurant interior was fine though. Last time I was here was years ago, dead quiet mid evening. Not a great sign. Food was better this time. I need to go back when it’s busier to get the full vibe. Ok competent Chinese cuisine, just not standout! 👑🐒⚜️

It's an ok place. The food was pretty good and there are many options. Overall mild taste and a bit sweet. What I did not appreciate however, was the pushy behaviour of the staff. They run around with their carts with pre cooked food. Before you can order rice or anything from the menu, they have already put several plates of food on the table that you did not ask for. Very pushy and not a nice experience.

The traditional cart style dim sum was a fun experience. We were seated quickly, but the tables felt a bit too close to each other. We were able to try a variety of dishes.
