Grace, our server, was superb. Ask for her! The food was a dream, the wine spot on, and the atmosphere a delight. Order the mahi mahi and the black sesame panna cotta. Wonderful! Everything everyone has at our table was excellent. Gluten free options available, including bread at the beginning, which was very nice.
I could write a lavish introduction describing the grand, majestic display of holiday indulgence, or I could illustrate the original sin of gluttony in this series of photos. It begins as your eyes are immediately drawn to the cheese room, a sanctuary of soft brie and ripe figs, before arriving at the cold appetizers. The smoked beef tartare stands as a monumental achievement, trumping even the finest sit-down restaurants. Hand-chopped and remarkably beef-forward, it carries a smoky umami depth and a whisper of buttery richness, balanced by a mellow gorgonzola cream. The octopus carpaccio is equally salivating, sliced into translucent ribbons of unbelievable tenderness; it is emboldened by a smoky nduja dressing and the fragrant, oily snap of fried capers. Don’t hesitate to ask for a slice of the glistening peppercorn-crusted NY strip, perfectly rested and bathed in a deep beef jus and cut with the mellow heat of horseradish. For a lighter protein, the miso salmon fillet offers a savory-sweet glaze, brightened by a creamy bechamel and the herbaceous flicker of dill oil. The Eggs Benny are a masterful rendition of brunch classics – jammy yolks, titillating herb hollandaise, and savory seared slices of peameal bacon. In addition, the bread pudding is a soft, vanilla-scented embrace that’s moist and buttery without being too sweet, finished with a tart sparkle of fresh berries. The pasta station offers a taste of Italian carbs, providing a moment of rich, buttery and familiar indulgence. As your stomach reaches capacity, the desserts beckon for your attention. The coffee caramel eclair combines the complexity of saccharin and roast, while the hazelnut and chocolate log provides a decadent, multi-layered crunch of mousse and airy biscuit. Finally, a mixed berry trifle featuring champagne, airy meringue and tart berries offers a bright, crisp finish to an indulgent morning.
We came for brunch and had a very nice meal! The eggs benny, avocado toast and the salad were very yummy. The service was top notch, to be expected at the ritz.
It was an absolutely amazing experience celebrating our anniversary here 🥂🎊! The service was wonderful, and our waiter" Ryan" was so thoughtful—he realized we were there for a special occasion and surprised us with a cake. Such a kind and memorable gesture. We're a non-alcoholic couple, and we were really happy to see there were still plenty of great drinks op Toca truly made our day extra special. The ambiance and overall vibe were fantastic, and I felt so glad we chose this place for our celebration. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience! Just one small suggestion: it would be great to have more chicken dishes on the menu for chicken lovers like me and also it would be even better to have more mocktails option for non-alcoholic couple like us. ❤️❤️ Overall, a mind-blowing experience! Came here early for Sunday morning breakfast with a party of five. Everything was wonderful from the start. The maitre d Santiago was very kind and welcoming, our server Marco was fantastic and accommodating. The food was excellent, the atmosphere amazing. Loved the music they were playing, was a nice cherry on top with our experience. Ordered the Canadian breakfast and it was exceptional. The orange juice that came with the meal was incredibly fresh. Should have had two glasses of those. Next time I will. 10/10 would most definitely recommend and will be returning again sometime in the future. Special shoutout to the woman who returned our checked coats at the front. Did not get her name but she was also very, very lovely.
