Hands down one of my favorite Japanese spots! I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years now, and the quality has honestly stayed amazing every single time. My absolute favorites are the Salmon Donburi Bowl, the oysters, the short rib. everything is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. And a special shoutout to Lin for always being so sweet, welcoming, and attentive. She’s honestly one of the reasons I finally decided to leave a review! She always makes the whole experience feel warm and comfortable. Amazing food, amazing service, and such a nice vibe every time. Definitely one of my forever favorite spots.

Monday night at 6:45p for dinner. No wait but still fairly busy. Nice decor but the tvs really shouldn’t be there as this is a great place for a get together. The $10 happy hour menu was perfect for 9 of us. We ordered 2-3 of everything and a few more dishes off the menu. $325 with tax and tip! Food was tasty and interesting to try a variety of food. Plenty of paid street parking in the area.

I love their unique way to prepare their noodle. They put some special soy sauce in the button of the bowl. Then they stake up the noodle and meat as well as eggs on the top in layers. When you start, stirring everything from bottom to top. The way to enjoy the process makes me feel I am in Japan. Food is delicious and the settings are great.

Had a great time with a friend here tonight! This was our go to spot for a long time before and it still has the same charm! Sliders are my go to favorite here! The beef tar tar was ok. The food here is overall very good. Service was fantastic! Keep up the great work.

Me and my parents came here on January 9th, to celebrate for my mom's birthday and have a early birthday dinner for my father as he would be working overseas on his actual birthday. As you can see from our order, it was quite a lot as we wanted to try plenty of things but the there were some items that we couldn't try which were the beef tongue and monk fish tacos which unfortunately were discontinued 😢. The first items to arrive to the table were the Japa burgers (forgot to take a photo) and the Bulgogi tacos which were amazing. The burgers were very juicy due to the meat being made from a rib-eye with a nice sauce that paired well with it. The Bulgogi tacos had a similar taste profile which was helped with veggies in the taco. These two were the favorites of the table and I would highly recommend them if you are coming here. The next to follow was the spicy salmon poke, the three raw oysters, the lobster fantasy roll, the seared salmon roll and the sashimi (which I don't have a photo for). The spicy salmon poke had both a sour and salty taste, which I wish it was a larger amount for its price but it was alright. The oysters were good, pretty fresh taste and pretty unique something you have to try if you have the chance. The rolls were very good with the seared salmon being the best with its crispy topping, and the sashimi was interesting. They would say it was cut from the fish fresh, so in terms of taste I guess there was a fishy taste to it which my mom didn't like which is understandable as the usual sashimi we eat are most likely frozen to some capacity. Of course my mom wanted a beer to try which was the Sapporo which she said was good. The second to last dish was the Salmon Donburi which was nice but really salty in the sauce they had placed on it which unfortunately covered a lot of the rice since I decided to mix it around with the egg on top. Lastly, the dessert was the honey bread with cream. Toasted very well but I couldn't really taste the honey as the butter overpowered it which gave it a salty taste which is off-put by the whipped cream, ice-cream and fruit. All in all; Normé is a good place to eat out with friends or family. My main complaints were that many of the stuff can be overly salty which my parents did not appreciate and the parking was difficult in finding a spot. Though it was a great experience 👍
