Celebrated a birthday with a dinner for 4 at Queens Harbour, food was great, ambience was good, abit noisy full house) but acceptable. Music via DJ was nice touch. We were in the top floor, roof opens up at 9pm, weather permitting. Service could be better. She was pleasant but not attentive. She was seen socializing with the DJ alot. We had to ask another server from another sectio and busboy for napkins and additional drinks. As said, food was tasty and portions were good.
The place is gorgeous, on the water and gives a good Miami vibe. We ordered several drinks (tiramisu espresso martini and some lychee martini) - good flavour but strong. Food wise, we had calamari and sushi tacos, as well as a steaks/ sushi platter to share. Sushi tacos are okay - tuna tastes better than salmon. The platter is of good quantity and decent. We aren’t too impressed when servers kept reminding us our time is up. We weren’t told there was a time limit upfront and we were basically asked to leave while we were still enjoying our drinks and food (granted we were at 3rd hour mark) but an upfront notice would be appreciated. Also they could also offer us to move to the bar. Overall the restaurant is nice but you’d better to watch your length of stay.
I had Jeannine as my server, and she was absolutely perfect. I honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Her service was outstanding from start to finish. She gave us amazing recommendations, shared helpful tips on what to order, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. The food was phenomenal—oh my days, it was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had! I usually only eat all-you-can-eat sushi because I like bigger portions, but this completely changed my mind. I ordered the steak and sushi, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Thank you so much, Jeannine, for making my experience such a great one. Your kindness, attention to detail, and recommendations made all the difference. I will definitely be back!
We went for lunch to celebrate my Besties’s birthday and it was fantastic !!! I can’t wait to go back. The food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was Wonderful. The restaurant decor was gorgeous and our server, Gigi was phenomenal. The level of service was par none. I can’t even say enough about how great our server Gigi was. When we go back, and we will, I will definitely ask for Gigi😍 We had a really good experience snd I would recommend it to anyone.
I celebrated my birthday there on Saturday and honestly everything was amazing. We booked the dining area and had such a great experience from beginning to end. A special thank you to our server Chiloh, who made the night even better. He paid attention to every little detail we might need at the table, was extremely respectful, kind, and professional. He truly took care of us from A to Z and made sure we were comfortable the entire night. His service was outstanding and definitely one of the highlights of our experience. I ordered the steak and sushi plate. The steak is halal by the way, and it was absolutely incredible — honestly one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. I would recommend it 100%. The sushi was good as well, although a little sticky and spicy for my personal taste. They also kindly offered us two complimentary cheesecakes for mine and my friend’s birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration even more special. The restaurant itself was very clean, organized, and had such a nice atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back!
