Absolutely amazing Izakaya experience. The food was absolutely amazing! Service was quick and friendly. A little expensive but well worth it. I had the seasonal omakase and it just got better with every dish.

Visited on a Friday evening. The restaurant was very busy and quite loud, making conversation difficult. The first order came out quickly, but the second round took noticeably longer. The staff member who seated us and brought our drinks was friendly, but our server did the bare minimum and rarely checked in on us. We ordered the assorted aburi sushi twice, along with salmon sushi, smoked albacore tuna, and matcha cheesecake. The food was good overall, but the prices were on the higher side, and we still left a bit hungry. The restaurant looks inviting from the outside and has great reviews, but the overall experience was just okay—not bad, but not great either. It may be a better experience during a less busy weekday visit.

I had such a great experience at KINKA IZAKAYA. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and the food was honestly amazing from start to finish. Every dish was incredibly flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. You can really tell that a lot of care and passion goes into the food here. The chef with glasses was especially unforgettable — he was so kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout the whole experience. His positive attitude and attention to customers made the dinner feel even more special. It’s rare to find a place with both outstanding food and such warm service. Everything about this restaurant exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to my friends and coming back again soon. Thank you for such a memorable night!

Had an amazing experience at KINKA IZAKAYA tonight. The sushi chef prepared everything so perfectly, and you could really taste the freshness and attention to detail in every bite. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the servers were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the meal. The highlight for me was definitely the ika uni hand roll — absolutely unforgettable. The combination of fresh squid and rich uni was perfectly balanced and packed with flavor. One of the best hand rolls I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food, great service, and an authentic izakaya vibe!

I expected a lot from the good reviews but was left slightly disappointed. We did the $55 tasting menu and it left a lot to be desired. We did add-on the Kaarage and it was really good though. The only sushi we liked were the aburi sushi and even that I've had better at other places. The curry bibimbap was delicious but the kimchi udon we had a couple bites and left it. It was valentine's day so that might have affected the quality or flavor a bit. The tasting menu was not worth it for us though.
