I recently dined here and had a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, the food quality is truly exceptional. The lobster was fresh, expertly prepared, and easily the highlight of the meal. It is clear that the kitchen uses premium ingredients and possesses a high level of culinary skill. However, the service lacked the same precision as the food. We encountered several issues with basic requests; specifically, we had to ask for our Diet Cokes three times, and they never arrived. Additionally, we requested hot sauce, which didn't appear until we were nearly finished with our meal, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy at the time. It appeared there may have been some challenges with communication or internal coordination, as the drink orders were missed for three different people. While the quality of the meal is high enough to warrant a return, I hope the service team can improve their attentiveness and consistency to match the standard set by the kitchen.

Excellent lobster! We got the set meal and it was more than enough for 4 people. The salted egg lobster was by far the best. It’s pricier but worth it. Service was just average though but I’m here for the food. It was hard to get their attention because they are just too busy.

We went there for family dinner and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had lobster combo for 8 people and it’s more than enough. Lobster is delicious, so are other dishes. The steak and fried rice could be more seasoned but still pretty good. Service is awesome. The restaurant is huge.

Omg, the food here was amazing. We got the combo deal — lobster with egg wash, lobster tower, fish, a veg dish, fried rice, and dessert. Everything was delicious. The lobster was the highlight — really meaty, fresh, and cooked so well. The fried rice was also surprisingly so good and one of those dishes you keep going back to. The dessert was pretty average, but honestly you go here for the lobster, and it absolutely delivered. The service wasn’t the best, but the food made up for it. We spent around $400 for 6 of us, and there were still leftovers. We were beyond full by the end. Paying cash would definitely save you a few bucks. NO TIME TO TAKE PICTURES 😊

We ordered the 3 lb lobster Hong Kong style dinner for 2-3 people with dry aged ribeye and snow pea. The Hong Kong style lobster is amazingly tasty as it is fried with garlic. The dry aged ribeye is as good as any high end steak house. The snow pea is also cooked really well to balance out the amount of meat. Besides the Pu erh tea is of excellent quality and having a separate pot allows us to steep adequate amount of tea.
