We had an amazing time at Cafe Madera! The service from Koran was exceptional and the food and drinks were legendary. I cannot say enough great things about our experience. I had the octopus appetizer, heirloom tomato salad and waygu striploin. All superb.
Casa Madera did not disappoint! Our dishes and drinks came out looking like a piece of art on fire 🔥, our drink literally was🤣 Food: The tomato and burrata salad was fresh and gorgeous, the char grilled octopus was so tender and full of flavour, and the whole roasted chicken with rice was the perfect main for those who like heavier chicken meals! Started things off with a fresh salsa(with pieces of octopus!) and crispy tortilla chips, an easy favourite. The vibe is warm and cozy, great for a fun dinner with good company. Shout out to Jana for such great service, she was attentive and lovely all night. Already thinking about what we’ll order next time!
One of the most beautiful patios I’ve visited in Toronto this summer. La Casita feels like a hidden tropical escape tucked away in the city. The space is surrounded by lush greenery, cozy lounge seating, candlelit tables, and even glimpses of the CN Tower through the trees, creating a really relaxing atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours. While the patio is definitely the highlight, the food was equally impressive. Everything we ordered was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and thoughtfully prepared. The cocktails were also excellent and paired perfectly with the overall vibe. The service was warm, attentive, and never rushed, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. A perfect spot for date nights, special occasions, or simply enjoying a summer evening in Toronto. Looking forward to coming back.
Had a wonderful time at brunch at Casa Madera for my sister's bachelorette party! The Churro French toast, truffle scramble and salsa verde eggs were incredible, and it was also very affordable for such excellent food and a beautiful atmosphere! The only downside is that the seating isn't very conductive for very large groups (of maybe over 8 people), and the music can be very loud for brunch. But that didn't detract from the incredible food and amazing atmosphere. It felt like we were transported from Toronto to a beautiful resort!
Its always a great time at Casa Madera! We went for the Lady Bee crossover dinner. The food was excellent and so were the drinks. The Nova Scotia snow crab with corn consommé was the most perfect bite of the evening. It was beautifully executed! Our server was very kind and polite and provided us with some other recommendations to do while we were in town. We will definitely be back for future visits!
