This place is a must try. It will change your perception of Indian food. Again no specific recommendations from the menu. Literally everything is worth trying. From tenderness to taste (just the right balance of everything) everything we ate would be 10/10. And, we tried a number of things. There is a premium attached to the quality and it's worth paying for. Friendly staff members. Great atmosphere.
The food at Adrak is absolutely top notch! The restaurant is an upscale Indian food restaurant that offers a meal experience that brings one back again and again. I cannot find one bad thing to say about each and every thing I ate! For appetizers we got a non-veg tandoori platter, the chaat platter and every item was delicious. For mains, asparagus kofta, Ghosht biryani, butter chicken and beef pepper fry with garlic naan. Each and every dish was a stand out. The garlic naan perfectly thin and crispy. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough and cannot wait to return.
Wonderful experience at this restaurant! The ambience is beautiful. The hospitality is amazing. For starters, got the Rani Kachori which is spectacular to look at with the pink coloured yogurt. It tasted amazing as well. Big enough to share between 2-3 people. For mains, got the Chicken Tikka Masala. This is an off menu item. Also got Naan and Kulcha. The chicken tikka masala was one of the best I’ve ever had, and I’m comparing this to food I’ve had in India. Everything was incredible. I highly suggest this location. All meat is halal.
We recently went to Adrak to celebrate a family member’s birthday. It was outstanding in every way. The staff was polite and very attentive. It reminded me of the cozy Indian restaurants we went to with our family as kids. And then the food came that blew our minds. We started off with the Kachori which was absolutely delish. The pink colour looked so good. Then we got the spinach corn balls, again spectacular and delicious. Stuffed potatoes were good but we loved the gobhi chaat. For mains we got the dal makhni and paneer khurchan with some tandoori roti and garlic naan. They killed it with paneer khurchan, heavenly in every bite. Dal makhni was good but a bit bland for our palettes. Then the star of the evening was rasmalai cheesecake, DON’T MISS IT!! We will definitely come back ♥️
Classy, calming, and truly exceptional when it comes to hospitality. We walked in on a Saturday without a reservation, and the team was gracious enough to accommodate us at the bar. What followed was the perfect unwinding evening — the kind where you end up making life plans, reminiscing about the past, and planning future trips. We started with two fantastic drinks: Narangi Negroni and Apertive, both beautifully crafted. The potato snack was a highlight too — all the flavors of a samosa filling but wrapped in baked potatoes. Lighter than a samosa and honestly a perfect pairing with the drinks. Then came their signature Asparagus Kofta, which was absolutely outstanding — a bold and successful experiment that really worked. The rotis and parathas were exquisite, and our server at the bar elevated the whole experience. He shared great insights about the drinks and menu, and even surprised us with a beautiful mango drink to try. Overall, this turned out to be our best restaurant experience in Toronto — refined, warm, and memorable.
