Great spot for late night food and drink. Very nice atmosphere and not too loud so you can easily maintain intimate conversation. Server was great, attentive to refill waters and provide options in detail to our non-english speaking guests. I would only suggest signage for the exit (there might be and I missed it so maybe make it more visible) in the basement washrooms because it felt like a mirror maze. The short-lived panic I had was so funny I would love to see the surveillance footage 😅
Went to Score on King for drinks and honestly the cocktails were really good definitely the highlight of the experience. The drinks were flavorful, strong, and well made. Unfortunately, the experience at the end kind of killed the vibe. As soon as closing time hit, staff were extremely quick to push everyone out. I understand businesses have closing hours, but it felt rushed and a little unwelcoming. Didn’t get a chance to try the food, so I can’t speak on that, but if you’re going just for drinks, they definitely know how to make it good.
For those looking for a pleasant bar and restaurant near many tourist attractions, good for watching sports and with a nice menu, especially for offering something different from other restaurants, Score is a good option. The place tends to be quite busy on weekends and Fridays; during the week it's not usually so crowded. The service is good, with attentive and polite staff. The space is very nice, with indoor and outdoor areas (where you can visit with your dog), some games to entertain with friends, and screens that always have games playing. They have a good variety of items on the menu, and great options for alcoholic cocktails. Access: the restaurant does not have its own parking, but it is close to bus and streetcar stops, and there are many private parking lots in the area, including on the street where the bar is located. Accessibility: For customers with disabilities and/or reduced mobility, the entrance to the outdoor area has steps, and there is also a raised platform for entering the dining area. The dining area is spacious, allowing for good circulation, and has tables where walkers and wheelchairs can be accommodated. Unfortunately, they do not have a menu in Braille, but the staff is attentive and willing to assist customers. It's worth a visit.
Early dinner at Score on King with the family and happy with the service, food and establishment. We ordered one of the super fun Caesars and it was definitely interesting. Perfect for a photo op and it tasted great. The plates were a nice serving size, plenty of options for everyone. We had the truffle fries, chicken fingers, spinach dip, chicken club sandwich and the giant Caesar where the chicken and beef burger were cooked perfectly. Outdoor seating is also available for those nice days. It seems like they have games people can play which is a nice touch. Would recommend this place to anyone.
The food was delicious!! Although the cocktail drinks is 98% ice and 2% drink!! Not a good day to have cocktails if you are going in winter! But if you drink icy drinks, it's good The food was decent amount and taste was great! I suggest trying their gyoza!
