What a wonderful experience! We've eaten there several times, and tonight was for my mother's birthday. Right from the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome from the hostesses, who already knew we were there to celebrate a birthday. Then came Tawnia, our server, who gave us a total WOW experience! She was attentive, funny, professional, and attentive to our needs. She surprised us with lots of little gestures, making it a truly memorable evening. My mother left deeply moved, and it made our experience in Niagara Falls one of the absolute best! Bravo to Morton's and the whole team! What amazing service!
The experience was incredible. Our server Sebastian was absolutely amazing. Attentive, gave us honest advice and was very helpful. Food was good - the homemade bread was mouthwatering, the diablo shrimp (thanks to Sebastian’s recommendation) was delicious, steaks devine, and the dessert (also recommended by Sebastian) was absolutely delicious - the legendary chocolate lava cake. Takes 30 mins to prep. Our views were incredible.
The food was absolutely delicious, and the view was breathtaking. Everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavor. What made our experience even more special was Lynda’s outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome throughout our meal. Thank you, Lynda, for your exceptional hospitality. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, amazing views, and excellent service!
Perfect ending to our Niagara getaway. We decided to skip the crowds, stay in, relax, and enjoy dinner at Morton’s Steakhouse at our Marriott Spa Resort hotel — and wow, it did not disappoint. From start to finish, Kim gave us exceptional service. Attentive, warm, and the perfect balance of professional and personable. Every recommendation was spot on. The food? Absolutely delicious. The steak was seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. The wedge salad was fresh and loaded, and even the appetizers were memorable. You can tell care goes into every plate. And if you’re a chocolate lover… do NOT leave without trying the hot molten chocolate cake. Rich, warm, decadent, and worth every bite. The strawberry lemon cheesecake was also fresh and light with the perfect sweet finish. Wonderful atmosphere for a date night or relaxing dinner while visiting Niagara Falls. We’ll definitely be back.
Absolutely loved our dinner here! The food was fantastic — everything was cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. The lobster tails were tender and buttery, the BBQ shrimp was full of flavor, and the ribs were so juicy and fall-off-the-bone good but a little bit sweet. The restaurant has a cozy, elegant vibe with a stunning view of the falls, especially in the evening. The service was attentive but not rushed, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable, Leesa was my server on that day. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but totally worth it for the quality, the atmosphere, and that incredible view. Highly recommend for a special night out!
