It’s been years since my last visit, and I’m so glad I decided to come back. The food is just as good as I remembered—if not even better. I was especially happy to find that they’ve kept the same authentic flavors from the original owners, which is something not many restaurants can do over the years. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and brought back a lot of great memories. The service was friendly, and the overall experience reminded me why this place has been a Toronto favorite for so long. I’ll definitely be coming back much more often!
Great Vietnamese restaurant. Quick service. Reasonable prices. Pho was tasty and reach in flavor. The portion is quite generous. The place is not too big so better check out the availability.
Great experience here. The Vietnamese mixed noodles were packed with ingredients, fresh greens, and very tasty grilled meat. The sauce tied everything together beautifully. The restaurant was clean, and prices were very reasonable for the portion size. Service was a bit busy but polite.
I ordered the Hu Tieu My Tho, and my brother got the grilled pork vermicelli combo. And to be completely honest, both dishes were amazing. If there’s a word better than “delicious”, I’d use that word for the bowl of Hu Tieu My Tho I had today. It was seriously that good. In Canada it’s actually pretty rare to find places that serve Hu Tieu well — many restaurants either don’t have it or it just doesn’t taste right. But Anh Dao really did it justice. The bowl was full of flavor and really high quality, and they even added shrimp crackers on top, which was such a unique touch. Definitely a place I’d come back to just for that bowl of Hu Tieu My Tho.
I had a fantastic experience at Anh Dão Vietnamese Restaurant on Spadina! The food was simply amazing, bursting with authentic flavors that truly transported me to Vietnam. Each dish was prepared with care and presented beautifully. The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service provided by the polite young man who attended to us. His friendly demeanor and attentiveness made our meal even more enjoyable. Overall, Anh Dão is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious Vietnamese cuisine. I can’t wait to return!
