I had a great dining experience at Anejo. The ambiance is warm, stylish, and perfect for a dinner outing. The dishes were flavorful, well-prepared, and authentic, making for an enjoyable Mexican dining experience. If you’re looking for a nice place for Mexican food with a great atmosphere, I would definitely recommend Anejo.
Really loved the food here ! Dany’s service was amazing — she was so friendly and always smiling. Salsa was my favorite part, my man loved the mussels, and the tres leches were sooo good. Drinks were great too. Had a really nice experience!”
I had a really great experience here! The food was amazing and super delicious. You definitely have to try the guacamole , it was so fresh and tasty. I also really loved the shrimp, it was very flavourful and perfectly cooked. The customer service was excellent as well. They kept checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything, and everyone was very friendly and patient while explaining the menu and answering questions. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would definitely recommend this place!
Had such a fun happy hour tasting at Añejo Restaurant! We tried four different margaritas ($7 each): 1. Mango with habanero Tajín rim 2. Guava with clementine cinnamon sugar rim 3. Chili coconut with habanero Tajín rim 4. Blood orange with clementine cinnamon sugar rim My favorites were the guava and chili coconut. The guava margarita had a bold, authentic fruit flavor, while the chili coconut brought a great kick—spicy drink with a spicy rim (double spicy, in the best way). The happy hour tacos ($4 each) were generously filled and served on corn tortillas. We tried braised beef, pork carnita and crispy fish . Everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Overall, I was really happy with the atmosphere, service, and the quality of both food and drinks. A great spot for a fun and flavorful happy hour!
Honestly one of the best Mexican food experiences I’ve had in Toronto. Everything felt so well done, from the flavors to the atmosphere. The appetizers were absolutely outstanding especially the guacamole, super fresh, perfectly seasoned, and honestly one of the best I’ve tried. The tacos were also delicious, full of flavor and really well balanced. The vibe of the place is amazing warm, cozy, and such a fun Mexican aesthetic. It’s the kind of spot you actually enjoy spending time in, not just eating and leaving. And I have to mention Carma- she was incredible. So friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with recommendations. She made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to again and again.
