We had a wonderful experience at Top Hot Pot! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the fresh selection made it so easy to choose exactly what we wanted. The broth was absolutely amazing and brought everything together perfectly. I especially appreciated the variety of options available. If you don’t eat pork, they offer vegetarian and seafood-based broths, which is great. I only wish they had an organic beef bone broth option as well. Overall, Top Hot Pot is a fantastic place for fresh ingredients, flavorful broth, and a fun dining experience. Highly recommended!

Such a wonderful dining experience! They offer a great selection of hot pot bases with perfect vegetarian options, and you can freely pick your own food. The service team is incredibly passionate, speaks fluent English and Chinese, and is so sweet to kids. The free ice cream is a great bonus. Absolutely satisfied with both the food and the service!
Had a fantastic experience at Top Hot Pot! The broth was rich and flavorful, the ingredients were fresh, and everything arrived quickly. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere for enjoying a hot pot meal. A special shout-out to our waiter, Louis. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. He patiently explained the menu, checked on us regularly without being intrusive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His excellent service made an already great meal even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for delicious hot pot and outstanding customer service. We’ll definitely be back! 😊
I visited the restaurant with friends and had the chance to taste the mala broth, pork bone broth, mushroom broth, and the tom yum broth. The mala broth was my favourite. It was flavourful without being too spicy. The mushroom broth was quite mild, a good option if you can't handle the spice. The pork bone broth had a deep, rich flavour but I found it too salty for my taste. The tom yum broth was also good, it was flavourful and not overly sour. Prices were quite affordable, and there was a wide variety of fresh ingredients to choose from. I also really liked the sauce station. It was fun and easy to customize to our taste.
