All portions for the sides are small at this location. The steak was sized properly. Service is friendly, but training could be better. Hostess - the upstairs section hostess clearly didn't know what she was doing. Seated a 3 person group in a 2 person table, and then blaming downstairs not telling her correctly. We all heard what table she was suppose to give us too, and then she got angry at her teammate when she clearly in the wrong. Terrible. Waitress - Basic things like refilling water or removing wine glasses were not done (on our table the entire dinner when no one ordered wine). She was super friendly tho.
A huge thank you to Monica for making my birthday dinner so special! She had a great sense of humor, was incredibly friendly, and provided exceptional service. She checked on our table regularly and made sure everything was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better server!
We had an amazing experience at The Keg Steakhouse in North York! We ordered both drinks and food, and everything exceeded our expectations. The customer service was outstanding. Our waitress was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the evening. She made excellent recommendations and genuinely made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, and the drinks were just as impressive. Everything was served surprisingly quickly without feeling rushed. The atmosphere inside was warm, classy, and inviting. As a bonus, they had the FIFA game on, so we got to enjoy great food and drinks while watching the match, which made for a really fun evening. Overall, this was a fantastic dining experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a great atmosphere!
Great food and good selection of wines. It is nice to see they have many wines from my home, La Rioja. We ordered two kids menus, they like it. We also order Chilean sea bas. Some wine and beer. Service is really nice, the ladies are cute and very polite.
Last night we celebrated my husband’s birthday here, and everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The food was outstanding — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. You can really tell they care about quality. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and ideal for a special occasion. It made the whole night feel even more memorable. Thank you to the team for making my husband’s birthday so special. We truly had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back!
