Truly one of the most elevated and exceptional dining experiences we’ve ever had. Appropriately named, the Italian word “Reve” translates to “a dream” in English. We indulged in the 10-course tasting menu with wine pairings. The menu was innovative, unparalleled, and full of flare and personality—complimenting the playful spirit and attitude of Reve. Each course arrived as a work of art, intentionally curated on spectacularly gorgeous handcrafted Artisan dinnerware imported from Sicily. Wines offered a nice balance between regional and Sicilian. The service was as exquisite as the food. Our Sommelier was attentive, engaging, and deeply thoughtful. Expert levels of care and precision throughout; sharing stories behind each dish, allowing for an intimate connection. We enjoyed the personal greeting from Chef Adriano after our meal, and were humbled to express our gratitude and joy for a beautiful and transformative culinary journey. Such a pleasure to dream with you.

We had the ten course meal with a good view of the open kitchen. We had an absolutely amazing dining experience. Loved seeing the chefs at work, the intricately assembled dishes, the descriptions of each dish, the attention to all details.

The food was very good, but we only had two dishes (and they were the same for both of us). We had the ala carte beef and scallops. Photos below. Reve is a welcome addition to NOTL. The cocktails were outstanding. AJ, the mixologist, knows his stuff. Premium ingredients make all the difference in the world. We tried: The Cottage, a Manhattan, Whisky Sour, Boulvardiere, an Old Fashioned and one other drink with mescal (don't recall the name). A lot of restaurants and bars make these drinks but they don't use the best ingredients. For example, he uses Cocchi red vermouth and not Cinzano or Dolins. This vermouth in some of the above drinks brings the drink to a fine dinning level. The nuances are abundant! A simple drink like an Old Fashioned (or any of the above) was better here than in most places (the only exception is C-Suite cocktail bar in Toronto but it costs double). And the service is wonderful. Great staff, very knowledgable and friendly. We will have to try more food next time, perhaps do the tasting menu. We both highly recommend Reve.

My wife and I and another couple shared the 10 Course Chef's Counter experience and I got to say, having dined at a handful of Michelin Star restaurants in my time, this ranks easily amongst any of them. The three to four hour culinary journey was nothing short of spectacular with mouth watering servings on stunning custom-made dinnerware with each set of silverware replaced for each serving. Chef Adriano served each dish with a dash of historical significance reflecting on his Sicilian heritage, noting some intimate details about the inspiration for each dish. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting with perfectly subdued lighting but what was even better was sitting at the counter watching the open flame and the coronation of the staff, simply poetry in motion. Even more impressive but perhaps not too surprising was the knowledge and presentation by the Sommelier as we purchased the extra wine pairing package, each one perfectly paired with mostly Niagara wines that I never knew even existed. A highly recommended restaurant for any special occasion or to simply treat yourself.

I had one of the most exceptional dining experiences at Revé!! From the moment we walked in, I knew this wasn’t going to be just another dinner ...it felt like the start of something special. We sat at the chef’s table and went all in: a 10-course tasting menu with wine pairings. Every dish arrived as a work of art, presented on custom handmade plates from Sicily, but never felt precious for the sake of it. There was real intention behind everything! Chef Adriano personally walked us through each course, sharing stories from his childhood and his journey to Toronto. That storytelling transformed the meal into something far more intimate I didn’t just taste the food, I felt connected to it. The service was exceptional—seamless, attentive, and deeply thoughtful. Not once did I have a dirty utensil on my plate, which speaks to the level of care and precision throughout the entire experience. The menu was innovative without trying too hard—creative, thoughtful, and full of personality. The scallops, sweetbreads, and meringue dessert are still living rent-free in my mind!! I’ll absolutely be back 😍
