Excellent gym for group classes and small training. Yes, the monthly membership is not cheap, but you get so much for your money, high-quality instruction and they keep adding more services for the same price. yes, the cancellation fee stings, I have paid it many times when I've messed up my scheduling especially on the app, where it's easy to miss multiple waitlist bookings - but I also appreciate that they have strict policies that keep the classes predictable and people arriving on time. when I've been charged accidentally, (app issues) they have been super fast in checking and reversing the charge Level of service in person and by email is excellent. Special shout out to Jamie at front desk, for being extra helpful even on a really busy night

I've been attending Rachael Fallon's yoga and reiki classes for 4 years now, and her yin yoga classes genuinely changed the course of my life. I first joined as a way to learn to be comfortable slowing down but her classes quickly became a non-negotiable part of my healing journey. Rachael holds such a safe, heart-led container, her classes are never just about the poses, they're about slowing down, listening inward, and reconnecting with your own energy. Her Reiki offerings are just as special. The healing energy in the room is palpable, and Rachael's guidance makes it feel like a true sanctuary from the noise of everyday life. As a healer in the beautiful Colletive she has built, I leave every class feeling more grounded, more open, and more myself. If you're looking for a teacher who blends genuine skill with real spiritual depth, Rachael is it. Grateful doesn't even begin to cover it. 🙏

75$ for 5 classes!! We found the ABS AND CORE HIIT class the best!! It’s something you should do for yourself every week! The atmosphere is amazing, very well structured class! Do not GET LATE FOR CLASS, they don’t let you enter

I did like my visit to this location of sweat and tonic however I felt the staff not helpful or welcoming. I was impressed with their high quality vanity and equipment as it’s a place where you gotta know where to go and what to do. Obviously when you do your walk about you will get the hang of it. Impressed with how fast the class turn around is. The instructors were amazing! The sauna reception were gossiping and looked bothered when I tried getting more information. Parking and getting to the space was a little trip. I recommend you park at the well or walk to the second floor in the middle area. Definitely reserve before coming!

Sweat & Tonic delivers a visually elevated and thoughtfully curated wellness environment. From a design and brand perspective, the atmosphere is cohesive, modern, and clearly positioned within the premium boutique fitness category. The space itself communicates intention. Lighting, layout, and aesthetic choices are aligned with a high-end wellness experience. The concept is strong. Where opportunity exists is within the human layers of the experience. In premium environments, what differentiates “good” from “excellent” is not the facility — it’s the consistency of customer care, communication, and attentiveness across every touchpoint. Small details in tone, warmth, clarity of guidance, and proactive service shape whether a guest feels processed… or genuinely welcomed. Sweat & Tonic has the structure and brand presence to operate at an exceptional level. With deeper refinement in experience consistency and service attentiveness, the offering could fully match its premium positioning. Overall, this is a strong concept with clear potential for continued elevation. — Domonique Grant You can view my full experience audit - Overflowmentor on YT ..Will be available soon.
