I started going to SWC three days a week, and now I try to go almost every day. The trainers have been great about working with me and helping me find exercises that I can do, while still encouraging me to push myself. That has made a big difference. I’ve also really enjoyed getting to know Neesha, the coaches, and the other members. It feels friendly and welcoming, and it has become a part of my routine that I really look forward to. SWC is a special place, and I’m very grateful I found it.
When I first walked into SWC, it felt a little intimidating but very quickly it also felt welcoming. SWC is more than a gym. It is a community. The circuit training is challenging in the best way. The trainers push us, the members push each other, and everyone shows up wanting to get stronger. Neesha has built something special. It shows that she cares about the space, the workouts, and the people. That kind of energy is both motivating and inspiring. I also really appreciate the little things SWC offers, like being able to get regular body scans and actually track progress beyond just how a workout feels. Now I cannot imagine training anywhere else. SWC is a special place.
My experience at SWC from day one has been above my expectations. I've had hip and piriformis problems for almost two years. I had to stop cycling, one of my hobbies, due to pain. Since I have joined the studio for a couple of months now. I'm back cycling(indoors) and I'm getting out of bed without hesitation. All due to a combination of physio treatment from Neesha, pilates, hybrid and resistance classes. The instructors are amazing and the special events and parties are so much fun. So keep on doing what you are doing. And thank you so much.
