Susan is an excellent manicurist. I travel a lot and often have my nails done by people I have not experienced. Susan took her time, corrected past mistakes, was gentle, listened to my goals, and offered professional advice. Best of all, we connected on a personal level. Susan is a gem!
Staff is very unprofessional. I could have gotten a better massage for half the price. Just a terrible experience and do not recommend
First off, let me start with the positive. My wife and I had booked an aroma reflexology treatment for each of us. That treatment was great and the person did a great job explaining everything and providing the service. The more disappointing aspects ( why I landed at a 2 star review) was the rest of the experience. When my wife booked they encouraged us to come a little early and make use of the extra amenities. When we arrived and went to use the hot tub and sauna we're both out of service. Now I understand this can happen, but we should have been warned that they were out of service around the time of our appointment (that is what I would expect from a 4 star hotel/spa). Additionally, my wife booked a nail treatment and the outcome was pretty poor, it was already started chipping and flaking 2 days after the service. Overall, we both left feeling pretty disappointed.
