Had my first session at this location a couple of weeks ago, and loved every second of it. The staff were friendly and so knowledgeable, and the facility itself great. A very relaxing experience that felt like a piece of paradise from the busyness of the city - I forgot where I was for a couple of hours.
I’ve attended twice this week and it’s all been positive. The staff are friendly and the experience was top notch. You have the freedom to do your own thing or take a guided class where the facilitator will take you on a journey to total relaxation and recovery. And if you’re not able to immerse yourself in the cold plunge completely you can ask for help, which was what I did and I was able to stay for 2 minutes. I highly recommend.
I just attended a class at Othership (Adelaide location) with my husband and we absolutely loved the experience. From the moment you walk in, the space feels calming, intentional, and beautifully designed. The instructors were welcoming, knowledgeable, and created an environment that felt both safe and energizing. The class struck the perfect balance between guided breathwork, cold exposure, and connection — I left feeling grounded, clear-headed, and surprisingly refreshed. Highly recommend whether you're new to breathwork/cold therapy or looking to deepen your recovery and reset routine. I’ll definitely be back.
Super welcoming, calm, zen space! My first time here and I’ll be back! They were super helpful and guided me through their techniques, practices and the best way to use the space! And they have these incense ice balls that they break in the sauna to release different essential Oils! One of Toronto’s best wellness studios!
I really wanted to like this place and rate it higher. Celebrated my birthday here. We came for the experience before heading to dinner and overall it was good the staff were friendly and everyone was welcoming. I rated it 3 stars instead of 5 mainly because the change room area gets very crowded. I feel the space could be larger, with separate men’s and women’s change rooms, and the bathrooms could be more accessible. For example, at the end I needed to use the bathroom, which is past the cold plunge and sauna not ideal when you’re in tights and just want to dry your hair and use the bathroom. Other than that, it was great, but I personally wouldn’t choose it again for a birthday outing. I’d come on my own or try a location with more space. I haven’t visited the Yorkville location yet. One more note: they were limited in stock. I was hoping to buy a cotton sweater, but they didn’t have my size, which was disappointing. They also didn’t have red light available and at times it was so crowded it didn't give you a chance to connect with your innerworld which I find is so important. Teabags were also made in microplastic, no other options were available The staff were very nice overall. Parking was convenient.
