Great experience doing the water circuit. Went at 3pm on a tuesday and it wasn’t busy at all, not even after 5. Staff were great and all patrons were respectful. All the facilities were open and in great shape, even the showers are quite luxe with big showerheads and lots of room. Appreciate all the toiletries provided in the vanity room (eg: hair ties, deodorant spray). All you need to bring is your swimsuit!

The ultimate reset for anyone juggling a busy city schedule ✨ I spent my Sunday morning going through the therapeutic waters circuit, and it’s honestly the best investment in self-care I’ve made this month. The atmosphere is so serene and grounded - no phones, no distractions, just pure relaxation 🧖‍♀️💦 I especially love the salt water pool and the eucalyptus steam room; you can practically feel the stress leaving your system. The space is impeccably clean, and the staff is incredibly professional. It’s not just a spa treatment; it’s a full-body recharge that leaves you feeling centered and ready to take on the week. If you’re looking for a sanctuary in the middle of the downtown hustle, this is it.

The staff are LOVELY but the clientele are rude. At least today they were. I haven't been in a few years but I recall people actually speaking in hushed tones to allow for a relaxing experience. Today, it sounded like a kids waterpark in there. People talking in the quiet zones (steam room and infrared sauna) and then giving attitude when asked to abide by the rules. One woman was barking at the nice service woman after she was confirming the correct locker for her to use. I went for a nice, solo session, midday on a Wednesday and it was really busy and loud. Also so many people just heading straight from the hot rooms into the pools. Everyone is asked to have a shower rinse to get sweat off. That's just nasty. The whole place felt chaotic. Over all it didnt feel relaxing at all and kind of gross with the clientele ignoring the rules and nobody enforcing them. I won't be back.

A true winter sanctuary in the city I had a wonderful experience at Body Blitz East. The atmosphere is relaxing and the facilities are always clean and well cared for. What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional staff. Mylene and Dominga were both incredibly helpful and welcoming. Their warm, attentive nature made the experience feel even more special. They took the time to answer questions and made sure everything ran smoothly, which really shows how much they care about the guests. It’s staff like them that make Body Blitz such a lovely place to visit. Thank you for the great service! d genuinely restored. I’ll definitely be back.

I have been coming to Body Blitz for many years - primarily the West location but unfortunately that has now closed. We have come as a group of 5 today, with one person getting a treatment and the rest doing the waters which are now $85. Overall the experience was much the same as at the west location with helpful staff, nice pools and no rush on your time. I have a few comments for people considering this location: There are a lot of stairs. If you have mobility concerns, this is not the best choice for you. Most people wear swimsuits, some go topless. You must wear bottoms. The cedar sauna was not working when we were there, but I find the cold plunge and the hot tub are a better size here than at the other location. There is a cute lending library for books, and you can still get your juice bar drinks that are as good as always. my main reason for the three stars, is that we came in at 12 and by the time we left at 4, we were all coughing and sniffing as if we have had a bad cold for a few days. Something is not right with the ventilation or the amount of chlorine, something. I have never experienced this the other location, or at indoor pools, etc. I feel better now i’m in the lobby but it was all of us, not just one of us, which gives me concern. Is the building sick? Was the ventilation not working properly? Unsure. I really hope someday Body Blitz opens another location in the west, even Mississauga/Oakville at it would be a hit. I’m not in love with BB East. I attached a few photos from the reception area - phones are not allowed in the spa!
