Learn about its transformation from a whiskey distillery into one of Toronto’s most beloved cultural hubs. • St. Lawrence Market: Ride through Old Town Toronto and stop at St. Lawrence Market, a world-renowned food market. Wander through its vibrant stalls offering fresh produce, artisanal cheeses, and enjoy on of the famous peameal bacon sandwiches while strolling the aisles of the marketplace. • Cabbagetown: Cycle north through Cabbagetown, one of Toronto’s most picturesque neighborhoods, known for its beautifully restored Victorian homes and lush greenery. Learn about its working-class roots and its evolution into a sought-after residential area. A quick stop to greet the cows at Riverdale farm offer picturesque opportunities for photos. • Rosedale: Pedal through the scenic streets of Rosedale, an upscale neighborhood with grand historic homes, winding roads, and stunning ravines.
