⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely exceptional experience at Haven Wellness! I’ve received massages from several therapists here, along with acupuncture treatment from Andy, who was excellent. Nurse Ameera is absolutely amazing as well—professional, caring, and wonderful at what she does. The entire team is welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to their clients. The services are outstanding, the facility is beautiful and well-maintained. Highly recommend Haven Wellness—truly one of the best wellness experiences I’ve had!
I've come to Haven Wellness several times now for facial acupuncture with Andy Yip, and I now refuse to go anywhere else. Andy is incredibly knowledgeable in both acupuncture and Chinese medicine, and always generous with sharing that knowledge during sessions. It's obvious how much he cares about each patient and is the type of practitioner that will go the extra mile to ensure his patients see results. I have already recommended him to my family members and would easily recommend him to anyone else.
Thank you, Lorein, for accommodating my last-minute cupping therapy appointment, and thank you, Andy, for such a wonderful experience. I was initially nervous about trying cupping therapy due to the pain in my back and shoulders, but I noticed significant improvement after just one session. Andy was very accommodating, explained the procedure clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. I truly loved the service and can’t wait to come back again!
First time here, booked a 70 min lymphatic drainage massage and facial with RMT Melissa. Melissa was absolutely amazing! The pressure and her rhythm was perfect. Highly recommend! The only downside is that the rooms are not soundproof. Although Melissa had some soothing music on in the room, I could still hear all the noise from reception. I was in the room around the corner from the reception area. It was hard to relax when you can clearly hear long conversations between receptionist and people in the waiting room.
I was looking for a last minute massage therapy appointment and thought I'd give this place a try and it did NOT disappoint. Everyone from reception to my RMT Kurtis were the absolute loveliest. The space is super clean and has a relaxing vibe and it was such a positive experience. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.
