What a fantastic find! We actually came across this winery by accident on our way to the beach and decided to stop in over the long weekend. We're so glad we did! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home with a wine tasting. The views are absolutely stunning, and it's the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy a glass of wine. The grounds and beautiful building are worth wandering around as well. Every wine we tried was delicious, and the whole experience was warm, relaxing, and memorable. We'll definitely be making this a regular stop whenever we're in the area!
This winery was a very pleasant and unexpected discovery for me and my friends. The tasting room offers a stunning view over the vineyards, and the staff were attentive, welcoming, and genuinely caring throughout the visit. The Unplugged Chardonnay (unoaked) was excellent, and the Twisted Sparkling wine—light, Prosecco-style, Charmat method—was a real highlight for me. Both were my personal favorites. I would happily come back again.
Visited as a part of the Discovery Pass. Hands down one of the two favourite wineries that we visited yesterday (shoutout to Dandor Estate Winery)! Having the seated area overlooking the vineyard is genius and such a vibe, plus we enjoyed sitting indoors. The interior layout is immaculate and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The featured wines were the Foundation Unplugged Chardonnay and the 2021 PTG (Pinot & Gamay Blend) both of which we loved so much that we had to buy a bottle of each! They were also kind enough to offer us a tasting on our next visit - we'll definitely be coming back soon! Our sincere thank you for having us, for providing us with an incredible experience, and creating repeat customers out of us!
We were out for a road trip to Niagara region after a long winter. We visited Flat Rock winery on a whim We hadn't been for awhile. It is best. Peaceful. We had our tasting at a table by the window where the view was amazing. We could see Toronto! We enjoyed a flight of their wines and made some purchases. I took some time to draw the grapevines while we were there. Loved the wine!
I had an amazing experience here. I did the wine tasting. The wine was fantastic and a good variety was on offer. The best part was the staff. Our sommelier was Leah and not only was she incredibly knowledge about the wine, but also the land and the area of Niagra. Leah was exceptionally friendly and also very passionate about the wine. If you want to do a wine tasting I recommend this place 100%. The place also has an exceptional view with an interior set up that is lovely. You can also watch the staff at work making the wine if you're there at the correct time.
