Came here with a friend. Waitress told us to wait by the bar for 15 mins for the patio to be ready even though there were many empty tables ready. We ended up waiting for 30 mins even though we tried waving few servers but they were extremely busy. Food was mediocre at best Burger - dry and cold. Might’ve been sitting out for a while Fish and chips special - tasted like corn flour. Not the freshest As people have stated, the views are the best part. Server was really nice but also very busy. This might be just a one time thing
THE VIEW from the patio is nice but everything else is just mediocre at best, food, service, tables. The steak wasn't even cooked properly just charred on the outside, room temperature raw inside. Don't recall if asked did we like our food. 🤷🏼 Water had to be asked for again after 20 minutes of already being seated on a hot humid day. But anyways the VIEWS!. I find it humorous they start out their suggested tips from 18% as if its a Toronto restaurant lol. But that's what I still tipped.
Stopped in here for a beer and apps after a kayak tour of the south end of Cook’s Bay. The patio is nicely covered with lots of table umbrellas as well. Facing west, the late afternoon sun on the water looked great. Appetizer options were good and tasty. Draft options were somewhat limited and the two we asked for were not in stock.
One of my favorite spots just outside the city. It’s very quiet and private, which makes it perfect for a relaxing meal. The food is great and the service is good as well. The restaurant has a beautiful view since it’s located right in front of the water, so you can really enjoy both your meal and the scenery. Plus, there’s free parking, which is always a bonus.
My visit to The Beach Lakefront Bar & Grill in Keswick was an absolute pleasure. Not only is the location unbeatable—offering beautiful views of Lake Simcoe—but the food and atmosphere truly made for a memorable experience. We had the opportunity to try a few of their popular menu items, and everything was excellent: • 🍔 The Beach Burger: Cooked to a perfect medium-well with a great char, the burger was juicy and topped with fresh, crisp toppings. It’s definitely a standout on their menu! • 🐟 Fish & Chips: The battered haddock was golden, crispy, and cooked flawlessly, served with a generous portion of perfectly fried French fries and tartar sauce. A classic done right. • 🍗 Chicken Fingers: For a pub favorite, these tenders were moist and had a great crunchy breading, paired well with the side of fries and dipping sauce. The service was attentive and friendly, and the heated, covered patio is a huge bonus, allowing us to enjoy the lake views comfortably. If you're looking for a great spot on Lake Simcoe for quality pub fare, excellent service, and a beautiful setting, I highly recommend checking out The Beach Lakefront Bar & Grill!
