I am beyond outraged for my friend for the levels of finesse going on at this club. The bouncer last night charged my friend $20 to allow her in the club because she had a health card as an ID and tried to claim it was ‘against the law’ to accept the health card when anyone who has a smart serve or a cansell and goes through the process of one, should know it is in fact LEGAL to accept a health card as a form of ID and it is only ILLEGAL to ASK for it. You cannot DENY a health card if presented to you as it is a valid form of ID. My friend was not the only patron who had to pay $20 to be allowed into the club. Your bouncers are finessing people and making money off of them which IS IN FACT ILLEGAL. As someone with a SmartServe AND a cansell I know what im talking about. If I find out something like this happens again I will take it to the AGCO. I might as well do it now, that bouncer did it to many people. If you do not fire said bouncer or make sure it doesn’t happen again, this will be taken to the higher ups.
The ambiance of the club is amazing. Nina and GG were outstanding as my hostesses. New Nina was very helpful as well. The service in the club was excellent.
