I had such an amazing experience at Healing Salt Cave Niagara Falls! I treated myself to the infrared sauna and the Pink Salt Mineral Foot Spa, and it was exactly what I needed. The space is so peaceful, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Abby was absolutely wonderful..friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. She took the time to explain everything and made the experience feel personalized and genuinely relaxing. If you’re looking to unwind, de-stress, or simply take some time for yourself, I highly recommend booking a visit. I’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I cannot recommend the head spa enough. I did the experience with my mom and we both loved it. The ladies were very professional and excellent at their jobs. We did the Zen Head Spa ritual with facial and foot treatment, the facial made our skin feel amazing and the foot treatment just elevated us to another level of relaxation. The products they used for the head spa smell amazing and were not extremely strong in scent. Highly recommend this experience to yourself to!
Such a relaxing experience from beginning to end! The Zen Head Spa Ritual was unlike anything I've tried before. Every treatment felt so thoughtfully done, and the staff made us feel completely pampered. The scalp massage was amazing, the facial left my skin feeling so fresh, and my hair has never felt softer. I walked out feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already planning my next visit. If you're looking for a little self-care in Niagara Falls, this place is absolutely worth it! ✨
This place has so much to offer! After a prolonged cough season and some seasonal allergies, I was looking for more natural healing options for my family. The salt room experience was exactly what we needed. The entire setup is peaceful and already feels healing. The facility is incredibly clean, and the staff is kind and accommodating. The kids area is very cute, and the toys there are a huge bonus. I bought a membership right away and we are excited to be back soon for other 45-minute sessions. Pro tip: if you have an active toddler, book during a less popular time for the most comfortable experience. Overall, we had a very positive time at Healing Salt Cave Niagara! Highly recommend.
I wanted to do something completely different for our wedding anniversary this year, so I spent quite a bit of time researching unique experiences online. That’s when I stumbled upon this incredible place on TikTok — and after doing a bit more digging, I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did, because my husband and I were absolutely thrilled with our experience! Booking online was super easy to navigate. Since we chose one of their special packages, I called to finalize our appointment. I left a message and received a call back the very next day — the staff member I spoke with was professional, kind, and explained everything clearly. They do require a credit card on file for the cancellation policy, which I found completely reasonable. The only small hiccup I had was with the intake form through their third-party site (Fresha) because my email address had a typo. It was quickly sorted out when I arrived a bit early and completed the forms in person. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist. Close to our appointment time, she handed us cozy blankets and guided us into the cool room — and wow, I’ve never seen my husband so relaxed! We had the couple’s massage for 50 minutes, and it was pure bliss from start to finish. I’ve had massages before, but this one felt completely different — deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. By the time we left, I didn’t want to do anything else for the rest of the day! This was such a unique and refreshing experience, and I would absolutely go back to try their other services. If you’re looking for something special, relaxing, and unforgettable, this is definitely an experience everyone should try at least once (or twice!) in their lifetime.
