We recently noticed some enhancements in terms of the decor of the patio. cleaning up of the name sign and additional lights around the patio area. Could have been because of the World Cup. My wife and I had been in this neighborhood for a couple of years now and had avoided this place until now, because frankly, it had looked very run down. But after these enhancements, we were very excited to try it out, hoping that this could be the neighborhood watering hole that we had always wanted. Sadly, our experience wasn’t that great. While the host was very nice and genial, our server was seemingly not even interested in being there. They had a board up front that said that World Cup matches would be played, but the feed for South Korea vs Czechia on 11th June went off before the game started and none of the staff members even bothered to try playing it again. We were with our dog on the patio. The waitress didn’t even notice him and didn’t offer a water bowl for him. The patio didn’t have any small wall fans for the hot and humid night. The prices did not justify the experience to top it all off. If I wanted to pay prices so steep I would have gone to Amsterdam across the street, which has consistently better ambience and service. Not coming back. We tried though.

If good times had a headquarters, it would be the Lucky Clover. We came in for “just one pint” and somehow left several laughs later, and I’d made at least three new best friends. The staff are super friendly have that rare magic where you walk in for a drink and accidentally stay longer than anticipated. Absolutely fell in love with Claudia and Dana. Best spot in town. Cheers!!

We had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Every dish was beautifully presented and exceeded our expectations. The service truly stood out. Our server, Ashee, was attentive, warm, and incredibly professional. She made sure everything ran smoothly and created a welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. Overall, a great experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

Lucky Clover Irish Sports Bar is a lively pub near Toronto’s waterfront with friendly vibe and easygoing atmosphere. Located at walking distance from Scotiabank Arena and Rogers Centre, makes it a perfect spot to watch the games, or to stop before or after events and games. The menu includes classic pub comfort food; burgers, wraps, nachos, and hearty Irish‑inspired dishes. They have recently added a comprehensive weekend brunch menu featuring variety of Egg Benedict, Omelette, Griddles, Bowls and classic dishes. We ordered “Classic Breakfast”, “Irish Breakfast”, “French Toast”, “Nutella Waffle”, “Smoked Meat with Cheddar Eggs Benedict”, “Spinach & Goat Cheese Omelette”, “Yogurt Harvest Crunch” and paired our breakfast with Americano and Latte. Everything was rich in flavour, fresh and carefully served. The service is attentive and friendly.
