One of the most unique dive bars in Toronto. Great staff and patrons, I’ve had many fun nights here. However, drink prices are surprisingly high which don’t really match the dive bar ethos. This spot is absolutely worth checking out if you want one of the best dive bar experiences in the city but are willing to pay a premium for the setting.
I love how it's not too big so it feels cozy once you walk in there at the front of the stage, people who are trying to warm up to the party you don't feel so shy and the clown is very good quality. The washroom is decently clean and they also have a quiet arcade room in the back shop or you can eat upstairs
First customer, foreigner, checking it out, decent so I'll be back, but odd because the bar guy was like check the website rather than answering me. Ok, great, that's punk not much. Still it's my first visit and first review. I live around the corner so let's see if they understand punk is human or if they still wanna hide behind the machine ushered in in the 80s. Check ze internet yah.
The @Bovine Sex Club is a fantastic Rock club. It was a wonderful evening celebrating the life of Mark Schaper. All the bands were awesome & the atmosphere & energy was great!
Man what can be said about this place that hasn't already been said. Hella great time and Hella great people. An atmosphere you won't find anywhere else. I haven't been here in 3 or 4 decades and its aged like fine wine with a rusty nail in it. A MUST see if you're in the Toronto area. Ill be back!!!
