*This is a review of the casino only* - I came to the Fallsview Casino after being told that they had Bubble Craps. I got here to find out that there are only three stations, and one of them is for Crapless Craps which is much worse in terms of house edge. It was just before noon on a Wednesday, but still, these Bubble Craps stations were constantly occupied by people who just play and play and never leave. So, I didn't even get to play the game I came for! - the website says that Roll to Win Electronic Craps is available 24/7, but when I was there, the station I came across was closed, so I couldn't play that either. - I went to an information kiosk, and the touchscreen was broken. I would tap the keyboard to search something and nothing would happen. - if you have questions or need help with something, good luck getting answers. The cashiers usually don't know, and when you press the "attendant" button on a machine, nobody comes. You end up awkwardly having to get the attention of someone who looks like they work there, but they might just pretend they don't hear you and keep walking. I did not have a particularly fun experience. The casino doesn't feel very welcoming unless you are either a seasoned gambler who comes regularly and knows where everything is, or an uninformed person who will just sit down at a slot machine.

Its unbeatable location overlooking Niagara Falls makes it even more special. I had a fantastic time and would happily return on my next visit.
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times with my grandchildren. The pool is amazing. Staff is amazing. Everybody was just wonderful. The rooms are clean. Housekeeping is very accommodating. We just love it, so when you go to Niagara Falls, stay at Fallsview Casino Resort. John at check in is the ultimate best...the others are very sweet as well.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Fallsview Casino Resort for a birthday getaway and had such a great experience! The room was clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely worth it. Watching the waterfalls and the evening fireworks right from our room was a highlight of the trip. We also spent time at the pool, which was clean, relaxing, and a nice way to unwind after exploring the area. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the Falls, restaurants, and attractions. The staff were friendly, and everything made for a really enjoyable stay. It was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday, and we’d definitely come back!
Had a great time with friends. Dinner at the Keg, delicious! Darren Hancock band at splash bar, always entertaining... A win on the slot machine. My first ever! All without having to go outside in the cold!
