The food was delicious, drinks were great, and the service was great. Our server Aisha was so friendly and polite. When I visit Toronto again, I will definitely be back!
This was my first time at One Eyed Jack and maybe I won’t be back? It was an overall really good experience since I’d come here to watch the FRA v ENG game. We were seated at the bar and as you can imagine it was incredibly busy but we had anticipated that no problem. The food was a little inconsistent, bland here, overfried there but overall edible. We got the poutineville poutine, the wings and ribs combo (I would stay clear of the garlic parm, the garlic was a bit raw and left a butter taste) and the fajitas. The Banana Foster Cheesecake was absolutely delicious however. But beware, we booked a reso and there was no mention of an automatic 18% grat on top the $20 min. spend per person to watch the game. The server casually mentioned it halfway through second half when we were through eating which I was not at all a fan off. This was my first time at a sports bar, not an avid watcher of the game, and maybe i’ll be back?
Cassie was fantastic! She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience at One Eyed Jack even better. She kept the drinks coming, checked in at just the right times, and had such a great attitude. Her espresso martinis were excellent. If you're stopping by One Eyed Jack, definitely ask for Cassie. She made the experience a great one. Thanks for the awesome service!
Came here on a Tuesday night for a later dinner at around 8:45pm and it wasn't too busy even for trivia night. Didn't have to wait for a table on the patio for 4 people. Heard it was $0.95 wings with the order of a drink. I ordered 10 wings of the roasted honey garlic and sweet potatoes fries + calamari to share. The wings weren't breaded, but came in a decent size and tasted bomb. The apps came in decent portions. Our server was also very nice. Would recommend if you're in the area for cheap wings and would come back. Side note: unfortunately we came with another group and they had a terrible experience as their server said they couldn't get the wings special until after 9pm (while it was 8:55pm). The server never returned even after 20 mins and my friends left to go somewhere else. The weekly special mention didn't say it was after a certain time, so I'm not sure what happened. Management please clarify?
The food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. Great value for money! Special thanks to Anna for her friendly and attentive service. She made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this restaurant!
