I had a facial with Nahid and I was extremely happy with the experience. She was professional, gentle, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. My skin feels amazing! I also noticed that the front desk staff were much warmer and friendlier than before, which made the whole experience even better. Thank you for the wonderful service! ✨
It was my first time at Pure + Simple, but I’ve had treatments with Nairi before and once again she was amazing! She’s very knowledgeable, and really knows how to customize treatments for your skin while still making the experience relaxing. The whole experience was great! calm atmosphere, lovely products (even for someone sensitive to scents), and my skin looked fresh and healthy afterwards. Definitely recommend Pure + Simple, especially Nairi!

Amazing first experience at Pure + Simple! I booked the Super Hydrating Facial (February promo) and added exfoliation, and it was absolutely worth it. Jeanette was my esthetician and she was incredibly knowledgeable. She gave me a thorough skin assessment, explained everything clearly, and recommended products tailored to my skin’s needs without being pushy. The facial itself was gentle, relaxing, and left my skin feeling deeply hydrated and refreshed.
My experience at the Yorkville location was a very positive one. My technician, Sarah, was thorough, caring and professional. I was completely relaxed and trusting of her care.
