Had an overall positive experience at the Spa at Q. The massages were great and we enjoyed the hydrotherapy circuit which had some nice unique touches like the snow room and aromatherapy face cloths. However, a warning to all those booking couples massages online: my husband and I booked our visit for our 10 year wedding anniversary, and had selected that we wanted to be in the same room for our massages. We booked 3 months in advance to ensure we got what we needed. We selected the toggle for "same room" on the website (see picture attached). When we arrived, we were told that they didn't see anything on our booking for same rooms, and since it was a long weekend they didn't have availability anymore, which is fair. The RMTs were apologetic and professional, however the front desk tried to gaslight us by saying "there is no toggle on the website, you have to write it in the notes which we say a bunch of times during booking". As you can see here, there is most definitely a toggle, and while booking it also shows that you have selected "same room". There is also no mention of needing to specify a couples massage in the notes. The way we were treated really soured the whole experience. If the team had said it was an honest mistake or some issue with the website and was apologetic, I wouldn't be here writing this review. But don't lie and try to make us seem like we can't read or follow instructions when you don't even know what is on your own website. So for all couples out there, select the toggle and maybe write a NICE LOUD CLEAR message in the notes so no one can try to question your reading abilities.
Incredible afternoon spent at 124 On Queen in the Hydrotherapy circuit. So relaxing!, from the heated jetted pool/hot tub, to the cooling jetted pool, the sauna great, sensory shower, eucalyptus steam room, and the fabulous snow room! Could not have asked for a better way to start a few days away with my girls. 🩷 highly recommend this hotel and spa. We have been to NOTL many times, this hotel a first for us and will be back! Accommodations great and every staff member so very lovely and truly add to the experience.🙏🏻
We absolutely love this hotel and spa. We got married here in 2025 so it’s a very special place for us. The rooms are beautiful, the zen garden is stunning, the food at both restaurants are delicious and the spa is so relaxing. (special shout out to Amelia who I request for my masseuse every time). This location is such a gem in Niagara on the Lake.
From the moment you walk in, The smell, the ambiance, the lighting, the quiet. The robes and flip flops were a perfect touch. There are lockers for your belongings with a bracelet that electronically locks your locker. We chose the water circuit. What an amazing experience ! Loved the drink service right in the water circuit along with the most amazing goat cheese salad I’ve had in my life! I also loved the offer that we could eat anywhere in the spa as they would just set up a table for you. Such a nice convenient touch.Water stations and towels throughout the circuit to stay hydrated. The orange infused cold facial towels were amazing! What a nice touch!! I appreciated the employee going around to all of the guests to remind them to use a whispering voice. A very nice touch as it keeps the ambiance what it should be, Peaceful and relaxing. After our circuit, we had showers and were pleased to find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash along with and other amenities. Exiting the Spa to check out they thought of everything in their front desk area. If you forgot anything from a hair tie to a hair clip to sunglasses a hat, they have got you covered. Even some Lululemon apparel . Also, gorgeous skin care products on the walls, testers, products for sale. Our only small issue was the parking it was only for their hotel guests (unfortunately, our overnight accommodations were somewhere else)But the front desk girl was so accommodating and told us where some convenient street parking was, It was a gorgeous day, so a light walk was not an issue for us. We will definitely be back! Thank you all! Can’t wait to experience more at your Spa!
Erin was fantastic! Very kind and welcoming. The spa was clean and the waiting room was quite relaxing. The hydro circuit was enjoyable and really is a great way to end your spa treatments. I had a facial as well and it was an express facial so I know it’s condensed but it felt somewhat rushed, very fast massage movements. All in all I would return!
