A pleasant and beneficial experience from start to finish. Chole's acumen was A++ She really knows her stuff, uncovering trigger points I never knew I had. apart from that she had a positive and engaging demeanor that further lit the session. My aching muscles rejoiced, cajoling me to book a follow up first chance. The other staff I met on my first visit were similarly pleasant and efficient. I must also give a shoutout to the resident osteopath Ashley Clark, who helped with my recovery in a follow up session, taking the time to explain the interconnectivity of my musculoskeletal system.
