Would give 6 stars if I could! We came here for the Make Your Own Gin class and it was a fantastic experience overall. The tour was thorough, the gin-making class was very informative, and we had an amazing time crafting our own unique blends to take home. We have recommended this distillery to several friends and hope to be back soon! Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.
Had a fabulous dinner here, sat outside on the patio and felt like we were in an oasis surrounded by the hustle of the distillery district. Wonderful food, excellent service and we love the Distl Orange Liqueur! Cool innovation with the pop cork on the bottle!
Love the place. Great advice from the staff and very interesting tasting their Aquavit with fennel /rye based. Very smooth and different from the Norwegian kind
Fantastic spot in the Distillery District! My bachelor party crew of 18 were visiting from the US and we walked in to see if we could get some drinks and snacks. They were able to graciously accommodate us across a few tables and the bar. The cocktails here were top notch and we enjoyed the snacks. The atmosphere can't be beat. Our whole crew had a wonderful time!!
Phenomenal experience. Came in after the massive Sunday storm, sat at the bar and Ray was behind the wood. Super knowledgable about the spirits and the production, the drinks were spot on and the spirits tasted amazing. Highly recommend visiting this beautiful space. Purchased two bottles of whisky to get on my shelf back home but also the gin and aquavit were equally great! Thanks Ray, appreciated the chat and the drinks.
