I had the pleasure of visiting Trove as part of a men’s wellness retreat. The hospitality was extraordinary. The manager, Jen, really went above and beyond as a host sharing her wellness expertise. Thank you, Jen! All the staff helped to get us oriented so we could make the most of the space. The Studio was well suited to our group’s needs with mats, blankets, cushions, and paper and pens. There’s really nice lighting design in the studio and it’s free of any outside noise. Other thoughtful touches like the assortment of high quality tea and healthy snacks (from Impact Kitchen) helped to make the group’s time at Trove an exceptional experience.
My best friend surprised me with a full relaxation spa day at Trove for my 30th birthday. From the moment we stepped in it was the most comforting and serene experience with incredibly lovely staff welcoming us. From there we enjoyed a lymphatic suit, salt cave experience (incredible), cold plunge and one of the best deep tissues massages I have ever received from Monda. I never knew massages could be that good and I would make the trip just to see him again. I can’t wait to come back and thank you so much for making this day so special.
I had my first Reiki session at Trove Toronto and it was honestly an incredible experience. I left feeling so light, like something had genuinely been released. It’s hard to even put into words because it felt very different from anything I’ve experienced before. The space itself is beautiful, calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. The team is kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. My session was with Angela, and she was amazing. You can really feel her care and presence throughout the entire experience. It made a big difference. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to reset, reconnect, or just take better care of themselves. I’ll absolutely be coming back.
I’ve been to the trove about five times now and I’ve had a good experience every single time. Last week I was running late to my booking, and I called into let the staff know. I use Classpass, so I was worried that I would have to forfeit my spot and pay a fine. The lovely receptionist just booked me in for the next time slot. She was so kind and helpful! I’ve been there for soundbaths, breath work, and other meditative classes. I recommend them all, I find myself super relaxed, and they do an excellent job at building a calming ambience. I like how there’s a tea bar where you can have hot tea, cold water, and even granola as a snack. The fire pit is also a very beautiful touch. The design is lovely inside and the bathrooms are always clean. They provide slippers for you and many women show up in athletic wear or loose comfy attire. It’s not a place you come to get a “workout”, it’s moreso for meditation and relaxation. As long as you don’t come with that expectation in mind, you’ll love it!
Note: Complimentary Invite Curél’ x Trove Spa Trove Spa is a beautiful hidden gem in Toronto, combining calm, minimalist design with a sense of luxury that doesn’t feel pretentious. I visited for an exclusive wellness event celebrating the Canadian launch of Curél’s Japanese skincare line, and from the moment I stepped inside, I felt the stress of the city melt away. The space is filled with natural light, soft textures, dried florals, and subtle grounding scents like eucalyptus — everything is designed to make you feel relaxed and welcome. Even small touches, like infused water and affirmation cards, added to the mindful, serene atmosphere. During the event, we were treated to mini facials using Curél products, and the staff were fantastic. A special shout-out to Victoria, my aesthetician, who was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the experience feel personalized and soothing. While I didn’t try the full menu of treatments this time, I could see that Trove offers a wide range of services — from facials to advanced skincare treatments — and I’m definitely planning to come back for a full session. That said, some aspects of the experience aren’t for everyone. I personally didn’t enjoy the sound bath or the salt cave, so I’d say certain treatments may not appeal to everyone’s tastes. Despite that, the spa itself is lovely, and the overall atmosphere is serene, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. Trove Spa is perfect for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and indulge in self-care. I’m giving it four stars and can’t wait to return for another facial with Victoria. xx kellychan360
