This is the best facility in the city. I've tried a lot of them, particularly if you're interested in red light therapy. They have the best medical grade red light bed. I haven't seen another one like it in Toronto. And then to top it all off the staff are fabulous. Highly recommend.
You walk in and automatically you just feel more calm. The place is clean (literally and aesthetically) and quiet. I’ve only ever seen 1-2 other ppl in the space at a time. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Usually can get a last minute booking in. Down side is having to get the app to book in, and not doable on the website. Sauna/cold plunge is 1 hour slot the modalities are for 30mins.
Fantastic Downtown Spot for a Quick Reset! I recently checked out RCVRI Toronto, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. Located right in the heart of downtown, it’s super convenient and offers a great selection of wellness options. What I Loved: The Facilities: I used the sauna and cold plunge area, and both were incredibly nice, clean, and well-maintained. The Team: The space is spotless, and the staff was super friendly. They took the time to explain exactly how everything worked, which made the experience seamless. The Showers: A major plus is the shower rooms! It’s clean, well-designed, and has ample space to comfortably clean up and get dressed without feeling cramped. Room for Improvement: The only minor downside was that a few other guests didn’t really respect the "quiet time" atmosphere. In their defense, I didn’t see any explicit signage reminding people to keep noise levels down, though I personally thought it would be standard recovery etiquette. A little visual reminder in the space would go a long way in protecting that zen vibe for everyone! Overall, it is a top-tier facility with a great team. I’ll definitely be back for another session!
Love this spot!! Clean, bright, welcoming in central downtown Toronto. conveniently located about 5 min from st Andrew station. RCVRI has a more athletic, performance-based approach to recovery than some of the other wellness spaces in Toronto I’ve been to. No woo woo, yet still very relaxed and welcoming.
RCVRI may have changed my life lol. It is truly the greatest experience and the best part of my day when I’m lucky enough to get to go. I only do the hydrotherapy and it’s perfect. Staff is incredible and the facilities are top notch. I just wish they were open later on weekdays and Saturday so I could go more often. I have the 8 times per month pack for the past 6 months and it’s been perfect for my schedule. It is significantly cheaper than Othership (their only real direct competitor) while offering better facilities in my opinion + doesn’t give off the weird culty vibe at all that Othership does haha.
