Did Naturopathy with Rebecca Anderson and Physiotherapy with Trevor Rice, both were amazing along with the front desk (I believe her name is Christine)!
I had a great massage by Nancy, and very thorough in addressing my back and shoulder pain. And the front desk team is awesome and elevate the patient experience as a whole!
I had a fantastic experience with Trevor. I came in with neck and back pain, and his assessment was thorough and professional. He provided a treatment, clear recovery plan and exercises that actually worked. I really appreciate his patient-centered approach and feel much better today after just two sessions, thanks to his help.
The rehab clinic is fantastic! Everyone from the front desk team to the osteopaths and acupuncturists are wonderful and genuinely care about patient well-being. I highly recommend osteopath Jessica and acupuncturist Eloise. I see both of them and they’ve each made a huge difference in my overall health. Finding the right fit can be tough, but they are truly exceptional. Eloise has such a calming, grounding presence. She cares about her patients as whole people, not just the symptom of the moment. Since seeing her, I’ve noticed major improvements in my stress, anxiety, muscle tension, and especially my headaches. I’ve recommended her to several friends and will continue to do so -- she’s wonderful. Jessica is incredible as well. She’s attentive, thoughtful, and really takes the time to understand what’s going on in your body specifically. She never dismisses pain or rushes to “quick fix” solutions -- she digs into the root cause and explains everything clearly. I can’t recommend her enough. Overall, a caring, professional clinic with practitioners who truly make a difference.
