I booked over the phone almost a week in advance and forgot to get the person's name. So, without an email/text confirmation, I was not sure what to expect when i got there. However, as soon as I walked in, Linda already knew who i was and what I asked for, without even checking any notes. I was ten minutes early but they took me in anyway. I had booked a lymphatic massage and body scrub(I was informed while booking that there are no showers but they wipe you down with hot towels). I had never had these treatments before so i was not entirely sure what to expect. Grace was my therapist. She was very thorough and professional. The service was also unrushed and punctual... not a minute less. After the massage they told me the price and it was exactly what was agreed upon over the phone, no mistakes. Got to love people/establishments that stick to their word. Overall, this spa is convenient to get to(short walk form Bay station), offers a fantastic experience and amazing treatments. I love this bright, beautiful clinic in the heart of Yorkville. Linda is a treasure and her other therapists are excellent as well. I highly recommend the full body 60 minute massage to release all tension and stress.
Yao Massage & Wellness is a brand new, very clean spa just steps from the Yorkville shopping strip. I was impressed right away. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and it really feels like a peaceful escape from the city. My therapist, Linda, brings years of RMT experience, and it shows in her technique. It was one of the best massages I’ve had, both relaxing and effective at relieving tension. Everyone else working there was so friendly; I felt at home! This has quickly become my go-to spot whenever I’m downtown. I’d definitely recommend it. Thank you Linda!
A wonderful experience. Visiting from out of town and wanted a quick massage and Linda took amazing care of us. Very clean and fresh looking inside and you could tell they were so appreciative of the business. I can’t wait to visit Toronto again and come back here specifically!
Love this place! Went for a massage and it did not dissapoint. The staff are so friendly and accommodating , especially Linda. I told them where my pain was and they really did a fantastic job focusing on that area. One of the best massages I’ve ever had.
