The service at Proof is top notch from the manager to the bartender and server. Warm, welcoming and professional. The vibe is cozy, comfortable but upscale. The food is also pretty good, we had the burger and steak tartare. The burger is filling and a must. Will definitely return, thanks for the great experience!
It's a nice and quiet ambiance with great service. We got mocktails and they were really great!
Incredible! My mother and I felt like VIP from the moment we arrived. Our server was a sweet angel who made sure everything was perfectly managed. The chef sent out two appetizers as a special treat with our cocktails.. we then had our mains and even dessert. The food was incredible! Cocktails; Cranberry Mule, Cuban... something ;) Apps; the olives, and the shrimp Mains; Pad Thai, and Salmon Pokémon bowl Desserts;.Chocolate cake, Cheesecake The dome was warm and cozy and set the stage for a memorable Christmas visit. I am thrilled and cannot wait to dine here again!
